Khartoum, March 20 (SUNA) - Ethiopia expressed desire to develop the existing cooperation with Sudan in a number of areas, especially to take advantage of oil facilities for the importation of petroleum products.
The Minister of Oil and Gas Dr. Mohamed Zayid Awad stressed, in a meeting at his office Sunday with the Ethiopian Finance Minister Abdul-Aziz Mohamed, Sudan's keenness on continuation of cooperation with the neighboring Ethiopia, praising the fruitful cooperation between the two countries. The meeting discussed the cooperation in the field of oil products' trade.
For his part, the Ethiopian Minister of Finance thanked the Government of Sudan and its cooperation in the economic and the oil fields, stressing his country's desire to benefit from the oil facilities in Sudan to be used in the importation of petroleum products through the port of Port Sudan for the sustainability of the oil supply to his country.
