Khartoum, 27 April (SUNA)-Sudan on Wednesday said it is following with great attention the developments of the situation in South China Sea, calling on all judicial and arbitration bodies to respect the statement issued by the countries party according to Article 298 of the UN agreement on maritime law for the year 1982.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed that all parties should respect the statement issued by the parties members and the respect of all states that have supremacy including the states members to the UN convention for the year 1982, in resolving conflict by means to be chosen by those states.
The statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stressed that the Sudan calls on all countries to resort to peaceful means for resolving disputes, through consultations and negotiation in line with the international laws and conventions.
