Khartoum, Mar. 9 (SUNA)- Vice - President of the Republic, Hassabo Mohamed Abdul-Rahman, Thursday chaired at the Republican Palace a meeting of the special committee for following up the situation in South Sudan and the conditions of the South Sudanese refugees in Sudan, in presence of representatives of Arab and Islamic organizations. In a press statement, the Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid and rapporteur of the committee, Ahmed Mohamed Adam, has announced formation of a higher national committee, chaired by Field Marshal Abdul-Rahman Suwaral-Dahab, for support to the refugees coming from South Sudan and extending assistance South Sudan. He said that the meeting also reviewed continuation of Sudan work to facilitate delivery of the international assistance to the Republic of South Sudan. MO
