Khartoum, Jan. 4 (SUNA) - The Minister of Oil and Gas, Dr. Mohamed Zayed Awad, discussed continuation of cooperation in the field of oil with the Norway amd the cooperation protocol which signed between Sudan and Norway.
This came in his meeting on Wednesday at his office with the Ambassador of Norway to Sudan.
The meeting tackled the preparation for annual meeting for Sudanese Norwegian protocol (oil for development) which was signed between the two countries, and the ongoing work and challenges that face the cooperation between the two sides.
The Minister appreciated the effort of Norway in cooperation with Sudan in the field of petroleum and providing technical support, training and its participation through protocol.
The Norway committed to develop the oil sector and reduce poverty in Sudan.
