Khartoum, Nov.5 (SUNA) - The Chairman of the Parliament External Affairs Committee, Mohammed Mustafa has briefed the visiting Indonesian parliamentarian delegation on the history fo the parliamentarian experiment in Sudan and the legal constitutional developments in the country, affirming the representation of all the political parties participated in the elections in the National Assembly . He described the elections held recently in Sudan as transparent and witnessed wide international monitoring, referring to the experiment of the federal system implemented in the country. The former chairman of the Legislation and Justice Committee, Al-Fadil Suleiman has briefed the visitors on the legislations and laws, pointing out to the commissions and their role in preservation of rights and public freedoms . He affirmed Sudan's commitment to the international agreements and charters concerning the rights and duties. The chairmen of the committees have affirmed the historical and distinguished relations between Sudan and Indonesia, especially, in legal and constitutional fields .
