In the aftermath of the amazing and totally unexpected victory of the republican billionaire, Donald trump, in the recent presidential elections in USA, the leading country of the free world . Many dismayed cogent observers were obliged to think outside the box. Because, the new incumbent was little known outside commercial circles and totally alien to the US political establishment. In fact he made no secret of his intention to play by his own rules from day dot. During his electoral campaign he used an unfriendly tone, vowing to rebrand and re-direct US policies, openly threatening to deport all illegal immigrants, ban abortion and review the role of America as an international police. Plus fighting terrorism and defeating all radical groups everywhere؟ And this, perhaps, is what would make him a directly present danger to the terrorism –sponsoring tyranny of Sudan. In fact Sudan has the worst records in human rights in the near history of mankind, which motivated some Sudanese opposition figures to cunningly capitalize on the favorable winds and meet some aides of the new occupant of the oval office, and of course, the picture they must have drawn of the fascist regime is easily predictable. Nevertheless ,the people of Sudan pin no rosy hopes on a dramatic change overnight, and don’t seem to expect that their hellish living conditions will get much better anytime soon. Nonetheless, Miss Hilary Clinton will badly be missed by the oppressive Sudanese regime. Because any meticulous analysis of the new occupant of the white house would indicate that he will combat terrorism and illegal immigration, and reviewing ,if not tightening , the US immigration policies will be top on his list of priorities . And that, in particular, would place Sudan top on the do-list, lest I say the hit-list؟ Not because it is hosting sleeper-cells of radical movements of every description, or , creating the pushing factors that cause its own population to flee their home-land in search of food, shelter, decent life and dignity, but because the narrow-minded rulers of Sudan still seem to be betting on time, by continuing to shrug off any crisis , cry foul play ,and blame all their self-inflicted problems on America and the imperialist west , instead of solving the long-acknowledged national crisis of the country which only requires a fairer re-distribution of power and national resources , which is only achievable if the country is put on a stronger and surer democratic footing . Regrettably, nothing will change in Sudan, because the selfish and understandably horror-stricken ruling cabal are sufficiently aware that any degree of change will be at their expense, because all of them are, more or less, implicated in grand offences and excesses .in short, they have linked the country’s fate inseparably to their own, which is an insolvable sticking point. And that is why we should bet on the internal opposition, now that… ill-gotten thrones and legitimacies can no longer claim popular-support when realities on the ground suggest otherwise. So, let us take advantage of the critical moment and prove to the world that those who create unbearable conditions in their countries are the initial creators of the global crisis of immigrants influx, THEREFORE the tyrant of Sudan and his likes should be held liable ,not only be named and shamed ,left to enjoy impunity ,and be unanswerable to any regional or global legal institutions ,other than their own which members they can hire andfire ؟
