New Delhi, Oct. 30 (SUNA) The Indian widely spread and distributed newspaper, Hindu, and addition to the Agency Television News Network, ATNN, separately interviewed the President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, during which he affirmed that the Sudan was able to overcome all the obstacles that some have tried to create, especially the western countries by turning direction to the east, towards China, India, Indonesia and other countries.
Al-Bashir indicated that when the west saw the Sudan heading eastward attempted to use the International Criminal Court with unfounded claims and political motives to hinder the Sudanese leadership movement. However, the President of the Republic stressed that he had traveled to China, Russia and India and to all African and Arab countries, implying that he might visit Malaysia soon, which means the breaking of the blockade that the west wanted to impose.
President Al-Bashir said in the interview that what was circulated about his visit to South Africa has oppositely resulted that the ruling party there has begun to take steps to completely withdraw from the ICC.
He pointed out that the Sudan is seeking to take advantage of India's experience and expertise in the various fields of agricultural, industry, and the solar energy, and the cooperation in the military industry, referring to the Indian Prime Minister announcement that his country will provide loans to the African states, pointing that the Sudan has a number of investment projects to the Indian companies in context of what was announced by the Indian leader.
Al-Bashir indicated that all the investors who worked in the Sudan have confirmed that it is one of the most secured countries.
Regarding the country's future leadership, Al-Bashir said that the National Congress party in the Sudan has prepared many strong leaders who are ready to carry the duty of any position of leadership of the country.
