No .. no ... Doc , there is no spin in what I have said , and shame has nothing to do with it . x
All what I did is to tell it as it is without any sugar coating . x
Unforunately for Darfur people for not speaking up and out through the past fifty years brought them nothing but destruction and genocide . x
And still there are some who want us to carry on the same old way : Darfur people the nice people , the people of Alloh wa Alquraan !!! x

Doc ... these are humanbeings ... the only difference between them and the rest of northerners is that they have been subjected to calamaties beyond comprehension . So what makes you think that it is strength that holding this grand ma together after seeing her sons and daughters murdered by the government, collecting her grand children who have survived the ordeal , putting them on a donky's back , and walk for 2 days to this camp .... or Yagoup who lost all the members of his family , seeing the loh of his 4 years old brother who was killed by the janjaweed . x
They are still under the shock of trauma and their lives will never be as before . But still you have the audacity to talk about ownership of a disaster of such horrible dimensions .
Doc .. it is yours ... for free ... you don't need any permission to contibute in uprooting the real cause of the social injustice that lead to a genocide in Darfur . x
Were you aware Doc of your cynical comment regarding his name ( Yagoub , Jacob ) where your arabic culture takes precedence above and over his well being ??!!!x
I don't know why it just crossed my mind that we started to here words of ( patriotism , honor , homeland , ) only when the Internatioal community wanted to send troops to protect people like Yagoub , the Grand ma and her orphan grandchildren . x
