An unexpected positive response indicating interest and readiness to participate in this organization has been in the second week. This lead me to contact the office responsible for the registration of NGO and inform myself about the conditions and let me call for a preparatory meeting to which I have invited 15 people . The objective of that meeting was to select a preparatory committee to follow up the establishment of the organization until the general assembly which is expected to elect an executive. This preparatory meeting which was attended by 9 Sudanese elected 4 of those who attended as an acting committee : 1)Dr.A.Gasim chairman 2)Mrs Zohour Secretary 3)Mr. Salah Financial secretary 4) Miss Rabah Vice chairman The committee drafted a constitution , rented a locality and contacted write newspapers articles on transparency and received an additional positive response and encouragement to go further. A number of Sudanese has registered their names as members and some contributed with articles in the daily newspapers and comments on transparency and how imperative to establish the organization. Very soon the Sudan Transparency Organization will be registered as an new NGO . Meanwhile and before establishing a special website for the organization this website shall act as a substitute in dissiminating the news of the organization
