في عالم يُفترض أن يكون اللجوء فيه ملاذًا للضعفاء لا منصة لإعادة إنتاج القهر تبرز قضية المدعو صالح إبراهيم حسين المقيم في كندا كجريمة أخلاقية وقانونية مكتملة الأركان ارتُكبت بحق مواطنين سودانيين داخل السودان يُعتبرون ضحايا لحرب عبثية أشعل فتيلها مجرم الحرب عبد الفتاح البرهان بدعم من الأقزام السياسيين من حركات الارتزاق التي خانت الثورة واصطفّت إلى جانب قوى الردة والظلام
المفارقة العجيبة أن هذا الشخص الذي أقرّ بنفسه أنه كان يعمل في جهاز الاستخبارات التابع للنظام البائد، في الغالب إنه حصل على حق الإقامة في كندا تحت ذريعة تعرضه للقهر والظلم لكنه وبكل وقاحة استخدم موقعه القانوني في دولة ديمقراطية لإلحاق الأذى بضحايا ذلك النظام عبر إرسال دعوة خبيثة باللغة الإنجليزية ظاهرها التواصل وباطنها الإيقاع بهم في فخ قانوني أو اجتماعي
ما يجعل هذه الجريمة أكثر بشاعة ليس فقط مضمونها بل الطريقة التي تم بها توثيقها الجاني نفسه وثّق الدعوة التي أرسلها ونشر محتوى يُدين سلوكه وكأنما أراد أن يُسجل جريمته بيده أما زميله الآخر فزاد الطين بلة حين وصف الضحايا بالغباء وهنا يطرح السؤال نفسه من هو الغبي الضحايا الذين تعرضوا للخداع أم الجناة الذين وثّقوا جريمتهم علنًا دون وعي قانوني أو أخلاقي، هل يُعقل أن من يدّعي اللجوء بسبب الاضطهاد يعود ليمارس أدواته ضد ضحايا ذلك الاضطهاد هذه ليست فقط جريمة قانونية بل خيانة مزدوجة خيانة لكندا التي منحته الحماية بناءً على ادعاء القهر وخيانة للضحايا الذين استُهدفوا من داخل السودان الأشخاص المعنيون هم شقيق علي كوشيب المسجون في لاهاي وأبو الجود وشخص آخر لا أعرف اسمه لكنهم ظهروا ثلاثة أشخاص في الفيديو وثق جريمتهما
هؤلاء الأشخاص يُعتبرون ضحايا حرب قذرة أوقد لهيبها فلول النظام السابق وكان هذا الشخص جزءا منه وبغض النظر عما إذا كان هذا الشخص حاصلا على الجنسية الكندية أو مجرد مقيم فيها فإن ما قام به يُعد انتهاكا صارخا لحقوق الإنسان ويُحمّله المسؤولية القانونية الكاملة خاصة أنه ارتُكب من داخل أراضي دولة تُعلي من شأن القانون الدولي
نُطالب السودانيين الشرفاء المقيمين في كندا أفرادا ومنظمات بالتحرك الفوري عبر فتح بلاغ قانوني رسمي ضد هذا الشخص لدى الشرطة الكندية والتواصل مع رابطة المحامين المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان في كندا ومخاطبة المنظمات الحقوقية الدولية لتوثيق الجريمة ومتابعتها قانونياً
كندا دولة تحترم الإنسان ولن تكون ملاذاً للجلادين.

In a world where asylum is meant to be a refuge for the vulnerable—not a platform for reproducing oppression—the case of Mr. Saleh Ibrahim Hussein, a resident of Canada, stands out as a fully documented moral and legal crime: a crime committed against Sudanese citizens inside Sudan, who are recognized as victims of a senseless war ignited by war criminal Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, backed by the political dwarfs of mercenary movements that betrayed the revolution and aligned themselves with the forces of regression and darkness.
The disturbing irony lies in the fact that this individual, who openly admitted to having served in the intelligence apparatus of the former regime, was granted residency in Canada under the pretext of persecution and oppression. Yet, with astonishing audacity, he exploited his legal status in a democratic country to harm victims of that very regime—sending a malicious invitation in English, disguised as outreach but designed to entrap them in legal or social peril.
What makes this crime even more appalling is not just its intent but the way it was documented. The perpetrator himself recorded and disseminated the invitation, publishing content that incriminates his own actions—as if he intended to archive his crime with his own hands. His associate, even more foolish, went so far as to label the victims as “stupid.” But who is truly ignorant here؟ The victims who were deceived, or the perpetrators who publicly documented their own wrongdoing with no legal or ethical awareness؟
Can someone who claims asylum on the grounds of persecution turn around and wield the tools of oppression against victims of that same persecution؟ This is not merely a legal violation—it is a double betrayal: a betrayal of Canada, which granted him protection based on claims of injustice, and a betrayal of the victims targeted from within Sudan, many of whom live in fragile conditions and are survivors of a regime this man once served.
Whether this individual holds Canadian citizenship or is simply a resident, his actions constitute a flagrant violation of human rights and place full legal responsibility upon him—especially since the crime was committed from within a country that upholds international law.
The individuals targeted include the brother of Ali Kushayb, currently imprisoned in The Hague, Abu Aljoud, and a third person whose name remains unknown—all of whom appeared in the video. These individuals are victims of a dirty war fueled by remnants of the former regime, of which the perpetrator was a part.
We call upon honorable Sudanese residents in Canada—individuals and organizations alike—to take immediate action by filing a formal legal complaint against this person with Canadian police, contacting the Association of Human Rights Lawyers in Canada, and reaching out to international human rights organizations to document and pursue this crime through legal channels.
Canada is a country that respects human dignity. It must not become a safe haven for perpetrators.
