Medani, April 25 (SUNA) - The Minister of Agriculture, Animal Resources and Natural Resources at Gezira State Dr. Ahmed Suleiman has underlined the need for cooperation and coordination among the partners of the production process, stressing the importance of training and capacity building. This came during his visit Monday to the Sudanese-Turkish for Artificial Insemination in Al-Managil Locality accompanying by the ministry's officials, where he was acquainted with the progress of work and obstacles facing the center to crystallize the ways of solution, particularly those pertinent to the buffer zone, laboratory's needs and the problem of water. The minister stressed the significant role of the center in eugenics and advancement of the cattle at both the state and national levels. Meanwhile, the minister reassured, when he visited the nursery of Al-Managil Locality, on the progress of the production of fruit seedlings and horticultural activity in the center. He inspected the locality's slaughterhouse in terms of workflow , health conditions and the environment of the slaughterhouse as well as the plans for its development. During a meeting with the management of livestock at the locality, the minister reviewed the necessary measures for the performance development of the livestock and the difficulties facing the performance and how to address them.
