Re: الدين (Re: mohammed alfadla)

Okay, as I said this post is promising and has already gotten my attention enough and i'm pleased to be a participant among others on it. I think I’m fortunate enough to know a bit about religions or at least the one that I know off . I think if I were someone else, someone who doesn’t see what I see or feels what I feel toward religions, I would be asking a question concerning the above passages. Who wrote them and why? I know it is one question lead to another. Well, I’m fortunate beyond enough to know the answer. I already know who wrote the above passage and I’m exactly talking about the one talk about Christianity. I have got the answer! I know the sources and I know what they want and how they want to deliver it.Up to this point, the author of this post _ attention, I mean by the author, MR Muhammad _ and not the people who wrote the passage above. I think, and up to this point, Muhammad wants to say that _ All religions are the same since they happened to come from one God. Muhammad isn't saying that himslef ,but anything he brings on here says it in a clear tone. To me ,It makes no difference just knowing the way he thinks of religions and it is not a harmful way indeed. This is the concept Muhammad wants to apply. Do I have a problem with it? No I do not! Do I have something to say? Yes I do. .
As I stated, I read the passage above from its web page sources while I was looking up for info. To be honest, I wasn’t really going to look on that web if the following question wouldn’t have been asked to me. The question was in regard to the oneness of God on one hand. On the other hand, there has been the other part of the question, which I think the most unapproachable one as far as giving it an A+ answer. The concept of Muhammad Fadalla on this post is one possible answer for the question. Since I’m giving a great deal of care for finding the right answer for the question, I personally do not have a disagreement with Muhammad on his overall terms, b/c it represent one answer among other answers that were given to answer this question _ or the unapproachable one _ Do Muslims and christens or others worship the same God?. It is very clear the question is a Yes/ or No question, but given the causes for either answer is not as easy as we might think. I have been reading about the idea of oneness for some quite time. The oneness I’m pointing to isn’t the one concerning God b/c I already do believe that there is one God, however the oneness I mean is the one concerning religions. If we make an assumption that all believers of different religions do worship one God, that assumption gives us a result says that all religions are the same having been coming of one maker. It is very clear that assumption is no way to be true b/c what we have been realizing that religions are not the same, b/c, the concept of God in a religion differ from one religion to another. The concept of God in Christianity isn’t the same as one in Islam . I quite remember when the question comes up and I quite remember the reaction to it. That challenging question has been asked not only to me, but also to all Americans regardless to their religions. My simple answer comes up as _ No we don’t worship the same God. I don’t know of 2 people who worship the same God. Don’t be surprised and I know a person could ask me as many why and how and how could it be as I would never think of. Why?!
Well , religions believers around the world have given me enough answers and all answers were carried out in actions. If we notice the killings in the name of religions, we would sense that religion believers do not worship one God but many other Gods, none of them know peace or love or other values. Yes indeed the image of religions is getting darker and darker. No one is looking out for the God of peace and love and rights. No one is looking out for the God who protects the rights of all. No one is looking for the best picture of God in himself or herself. I sometimes do believe that each one of us has got his own good god inside him or her, but we are the people do not want for these GODS to do well. I don’t want to be mistaken on here .b/c I’m not talking about the God who creates everything and anything. The point I want to make that if we do worship the same God, we wouldn’t be seeing the world in the way we see it right now. Our world is not the one that I can be proud off. Wars in everywhere, killings in the name of God, and much I can’t even write. How could the people who kill and do harm in the name of religions, be worshiping the same God as those who do not kill in the name of the same religions? How could the God of Usma Ben Laden be the same God I worship? How could the God of Inqz or the God of GOS be the God that I pray to? There is no freaking way! I’m not saying that on my mind, but I’m seeing it on TV, newspapers, etc… how could UBL and G W Bush be worshipping the same God? The first kills in the name of Allha, and the other does wrong by generating the Iraqi war due to some hidden agendas of his. After seeing what I saw, sensing what I sensed I came to find the answer. I’m finding out that we do not worship the same God! The God whom I’m talking about is one God calls for love and peace.
