who killed Mohamed A/ Salam
Amar Basheri, and the rest of the boys with him in the khartoum university's campus. The night of august 3rd 1998, that was the day, the time was 1.00 am. It is nonsense to think killing mohamed was just an incident that happened during the voilence that erupts in the university between now and then. It was a consipracy between the loosers and the facist. By the loosers I mean Amar Basheri and the rest of the students who sold them self to the regime. Just remebering these people makes you deplore the time you have known them, because it takes you to a time you don't want to go. However, since Wael Abdin, and a host of other people are interested in this issue why not go back and dig in the past?
As a legal scholar I'v tried to answer my friend's question in a straight way. The rest of the question I will try to analyze it, and elaborate on it.
Dearest, Wael if you remember the days before the incident, when Amar Basheri and some of the low life people tried to terrify Mohamed and all of us by threatening him and promising that they will get him. May be some of us got afraid, may be some of us got shaky a little bit, but we all sure that was not the case with Mohamed. He took it as a man, and never retreated. I hope he didn,t I hope he got scared like the rest of us and backedup at some point, but regreteably, he didn't.
Why they killed him, why they killed Taya, Basheir, Sedig and long list of victims, that started in 1989 and going on till today. I dont think killing mohamed served the Etigah Islamy in any way, outside the Campus or inside. Is it true they just killed him for the sake of killing, is it true they just killed him for FUN? its possible they did so, especially, we all now Mohamed was average student, and in the best case scenario he was an activist, and no one of the other activist got killed. Was it a destiny I dont want to judge with my feeling, but if I have to do, I will say it was cowardice and it evidenced that the people who killed Mohamed were no less than sick people, people who failed to distinguishe them self form animals. The way they Killed Mohamed tells you more about their atrocity. It is unbelieveable that you would kill some one in the way he was killed, even if you are a real criminal. Though, we failed to do any thing about Mohamed's death. People like my friend Wael try to keep Mohamed's memory a live, and doing the best they can to remind us all that nothing will be forgetten, nothing is worthless. I do now, my friend the way you feel about the disasterous situations this incident left Mohamed's family with. I Do now you always see in your dream the killer and the blood still dripping from his hands.....Why they killed him I dont now!
