تجمع ابناء العاصمة الوطنية ام درمان

نتابع بقلق كبير الحملة المسعورة التي يشنها كوادر الحركة الإسلامية على الشيخ الامين عمر الامين الذي فتح داره ومسيده لكل الذي تقطعت بهم السبل واثقلت كاهلهم تداعيات الحرب اللعينه فكان الحضن والملاذ الامن لكل من خاف علي نفسه اثار الحرب وانتهاكاتها وكان من بعد الله نعم المعين علي مواجهه تكاليف الحياة لكل المستجيرين به وبداره من مطعم ومشرب ومسكن وعلاج ..نحن اذ نتابع هذه الحملات ضد الشيخ اجاره الله واثابه ثوابا عظيما علي جزيل خدماته لكل ابناء امدرمان القديمه وغيرهم فإننا نوكد علي الاتي
أولاً: إن الغرض من هذا الحملة معلوم لدينا تماما وهو التمهيد لقصف واستهداف المسيد وما جاوره بحجة أن الشيخ الامين يأوي مليشيا الدعم السريع .
ثانياً : نؤكد أن المسيد وكل منطقة بيت المال والاحياء المجاورة لها مازالت بها عدد من سكان ام درمان القديمة ما بين رافض للخروج من أراضي ام درمان وغير مستطيع لذلك لاسباب عديده
ثالثاً: سكان أهالي ام درمان القديمة من بما فيهم شيخ الامين هم من المدنيين العزل الموجودين في مناطق الحرب واجب علي الجميع حمايتهم وضمان سلامتهم
رابعاً: نناشد شرفاء القوات المسلحة عدم التعرض للمسيد والمدنيين وعدم الرضوخ لأصوات منسوبي المؤتمر الوطني والحركة الإسلامية داخل وخارج قواتنا المسلحه الذين لا يريدون الا مزيد من دماء الأبرياء
خامساً: أن التعرض للمسيد أو المناطق المحيطة به يعتبر جريمة حرب يحظرها ويعاقب عليها القانون الدولي .
سادساً: نناشد المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية خاصة اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر بمساندة وحماية أهالي ام درمان القديمة داخل المسيد والاحياء المجاورة له .

Assembly of the Sons of the National Capital, Omdurman
We are following with great concern the campaign launched by the cadres of the Islamic Movement against Sheikh Al Emin Omar Al Emin, a man who has opened his home and the Al Masid to all those who were abandoned and burdened by the repercussions of this bloody war. Sheikh Al Amin has provided a safe haven for all who have suffered from the crimes committed in this war and who have found refuge in his home through the provision of food and drink, housing and medical treatment.
As we closely monitor the campaign against Sheikh Al Emin, may God reward him for the services he has provided to all the people of Old Omdurman and others, we emphasise the following:
First: the purpose of this campaign against Sheikh Al Emin is clear to us, which is to prepare for the bombing and targeting of the Al Masid and the surrounding area, under the pretext that Sheikh Al Emin is harbouring members of the Rapid Support Militia.
Second: We confirm that the Al Masid, the entire Bayt Al Mal area and its surrounding neighbourhoods still contain a number of civilian residents of Old Omdurman, some of whom refuse to leave Omdurman and are unable to do so for many reasons.
Third: The residents of Old Omdurman, including Sheikh Al Emin are defenceless civilians caught in an active war zone. It is the duty of all parties to protect them and ensure their safety.
Fourth: We appeal to the honourable members of the Sudanese Armed Forces not to attack civilians and to refrain from submitting to the calls made by the members of the National Congress and the Islamic Movement both inside and ourside of our Armed Forces who are only seeking to shed more blood of innocent people.
Fifth: Targeting the Al Masid or its surrounding areas would constitute a war crime, which is prohibited and punishable by international law.
Sixth: We appeal to international and regional organisations, especially the International Committee of the Red Cross, to support and protect the people of Old Omdurman, those inside the Al Masid and its surrounding neighbourhoods.
