آستون ( فاميلي مان) باريت وآستون باريت جونيور
التقيته للمرة الثانية في طوكيو في مايو 2015 خلال جولة المجموعة التي اُطلق عليها " دوام الأسطورة"، وهي الجولة التي بدأت بالساحل الشرقي للولايات المتحدة مرورا بمملكة البحرين فسنغافورة فسيرلانكا ثم اليابان.
وعلى الرغم من بلوغه السبعين آنذاك - فهو يكبر بوب مارلي بعامين تقريباً – إلا أنه كان حيوياً ومتدفقاً، وبدا أكثر عطاءً وابداعاً، مقارنة بحفل العام 2013، ففي حفل ( 2015) جدد آستون في خطوط البيز باضفاء تحليات بديعة ومبهِرة، وهو ما لم يفعله عام 2013، حيث اكتفي آنذاك بلعب الخطوط الأساسية لمولودي البيز.
ربما لا يعرف البعض بأن آستون، علاوة على موهبته الفذة في العزف على آلة البيزجيتار، ساهم في كتابة بعض الأغاني مثل ( Want More) و( Rebel Music) وشارك مع شقيقه الراحل كارلتون قي كتابة ( Who the Cap Fit) وهي واحدة من خالدات الغناء على مر الأزمان:
