الحقيقة ان كوندوليزا رايس صرحت بتصريحاتها لصحيفة امريكية وهى الواشنطن بوست عام 2005م ولم تصرح بها لصحيفة روسية
وطبعا كوندوليزا رايس كانت لها صداقة متينة مع رئيس كزاخستان الروسية وكانت تعتبر رئيس كزاخستان في ذلك الوقت من اعظم رؤساء الدول
في العالم .. وكانت ايضا تتكلم اللغة الروسية والفرنسية بطلاقة..
