يصعب الرد و التداخل لضعف الإنترنت .
تسعدني النقاط و المعلومات التي شهد بها من عرفوا الدكتور و أسرته الفاضلة .
أتمني أن يضع د .الفاضل سنوات السجن وراء ظهره إن كان برئ أو لا و أن يعوض ما فاته من أبوة و حياة أسرية وسط أهله .
في المقتبس التالي من جريدة نيويوك تايمز وردت عدة أسماء منها 3 سودانيين حُكم علي كل منهم ب 25 عام أو أكثر .

Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman An Egyptian fundamentalist leader. Convicted of conspiracy for his role in assasination and bombing plots in the United States.
El Sayyid A. Nosair CONVICTED OF conspiracy; of the murder of Rabbi Meir Kahane, the Zionist militant; of assault on two others at the Kahane shooting site.
Others Sentenced Eight others received prison terms. Prosecutors said the group planned to bomb several high-profile targets, including the United Nations:
Amir Abdelgani 30 years
Fadil Abdelghani 25 years
Victor Alvarez 35 years
Ibrahim A. Elgabrowny 57 years
Tarig Elhassan 35 years
Clement Hampton-El 35 years Fares Khallafalla 30 years
Mohammed Saleh 35 years (pg. A1)
"Co-Conspirators in Bombing Plot" In addition to Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman and El Sayid A. Nosair, the following were sentenced yesterday.
Ibrahim A. Elgabrowny AGE 45 Convicted of seditious conspiracy; assault of a Federal agent and city police detective seeking to search his home after the World Trade Center bombing; possession of false identification documents and false passports. An Egyptian immigrant and cousin of Mr. Nosair, he was accused of being Mr. Nosair's "eyes and ears on the outside" after he was imprisoned in the Kahane case. SENTENCE 57 years.
Clement Hampton-El AGE 57 Convicted of seditious conspiracy, bombing conspiracy and attempted bombing. Prosecutors said Mr. Hamptom-El, an American-born Muslim, was the weapons supplier for the group, having sought detonators for bombs, arranging for an informer to obtain a pistol and organizing military-style training. SENTENCE 35 years.
Amir Abdelgani AGE 35 Convicted of seditious conspiracy, bombing conspiracy and attempted bombing. Proscutors said Mr. Abdelgani, a Sudanese immigrant and Jersey City resident, helped scout bombing targets, delivered diesel fuel to Queens safe house where bombs were being made and helped mix the oil with fertilizer to make the bombs. SENTENCE 30 years
Fares Khallafalla AGE 33 Convicted of seditious conspiracy, bombing conspiracy and attempted bombing. Prosecutors said the Jersey City resident helped planned sessions at the Queens safe house, bought timers and fertilizer for making the bombs and tried to obtain cars for transporting them. SENTENCE 30 years
Tarig Elhassan AGE 40 Convicted of seditious conspiracy, bombing conspiracy and attempted bombing. Another Sudanese immigrant, he was accused of participating in planning sessions at the safe house and of helping concoct the bombs. SENTENCE 35 years
Fadil Abdelghani AGE 33 Convicted of Seditious conspiracy, bombing conspiracy and attempted bombing. A cousin of Amir Abdelgani, who spells his surname slightly differently, he was accused of helping deliver the diesel oil to the safe house and helping mix it with the fertilizer. SENTENCE 25 years
Mohammed Saleh AGE 39. Convicted of seditious conspiracy, bombing conspiracy and attempted bombing. Prosecutors said Mr. Saleh, a Jordanian immigrant who came to the United States 18 years ago, provided 255 gallons of diesel fuel for the plot from gas stations he operated in Yonkers. SENTENCE 35 years
Victor Alvarez AGE 29 CONVICTED OF Seditious conspiracy, bombing conspiracy, attempted bombing and various firearms charges. An auto mechanic and carpenter who was born in New York City and raised in Puerto Rico, he was accused of providing a rifle to protect the safe house, of agreeing to obtain stolen cars for carrying bombs and helping mix the diesel fuel and fertilizer. SENTENCE 35 years Joseph P. Fried (pg. B4)
