Position name: Service Parts Administrator
Department: GTS Professional Service Department
Position objective:
In accordance with Service Parts Administrator’s work objective of GTS Professional Service Department, establish and fulfill service parts business. Such as, taking service parts in/out of the warehouse, managing service parts account, providing on time service to customers or engineer, tracing service parts status, informing customers of exceptions in time and auditing service parts application standardization from customers, etc.
Main Responsibilities:
Processing Customer/Engineer’s requests, making sure that service are delivered on time according to the SLA. Such as maintenance service parts application, batch replacement application, To-be-analysis parts application, etc.
Processing Apply, Return, Repair and other Services regularly and correctly according to company’s regulation.
Managing service parts account, making sure every transaction (Inbound/ Outbound) of warehouse is recorded regularly. After the customer borrows the service parts, notifies the customer to return. According to stocktaking time, stocks are taken monthly and yearly.
Monitor and audit service parts application from customer, such as, customer provides the fault tag for returning of the faulty parts ,etc., insure service parts business standardized management and the prompt delivery of the parts service.
Based on customer’s request, product features, and service parts planner’s guides setting up effective service parts safety stock, as to realize the best balance between parts service and cost.
Qualification requirements:
Educational background: college degree.
Major: Electronics, Computer, Logistics Management related.
Required knowledge and skills:
Understand basic telecommunication product technology;
Master software such as OFFICE etc and must be good at Excel;
Good listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.

Acquire sound sense of responsibility, service consciousness, team work spirit and coordination capability
