لا اعتقد ان هنالك تحاميل ملاريا علي حسب علمي حيث ان حبوب الارتيمير تكون في شكل حبوب او حقن والحقن تعطي للاطفال خاصة علي حسب وزن الطفل..ولكن اتمني الافادة من الاخوة في السودان فالعلم واسع لكنني لم اسمع بتحاميل للملاريا؟

Artemether - Plus (Artemether + Lumefantrin) - Powder for oral suspension
COMPOSITION:
Artemether …………………….. 180mg
Lumefantrine:………………….. 1080mg

ACTIONS:
Artemether-Plus is an oral fixed-dose artemisinin-based
Combination Therapy antimalarial of Lumefantrine and Artemether.
This combination therapy is used for treatment of all forms of malaria.
Including those caused by multidrug-resistant strains.
INDICATIONS:
- Artemether-Plus is indicated for the treatment of acute uncomplicated
Plasmodium falciparum malaria, including those caused by
Multi-drugs resistant strains in children.
- Artemether-Plus is also indicated in emergency malaria cases.
DOSAGE & ADMINSITRATION: As prescribed by physicians.
Add potable water to 60mI mark, shake well before use.
Take orally with meal.
The dosage for children is based on their body weight:

CONTRA-INDICATIONS:
-Hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients of the Artemether-Plus
- Patients with complicated malaria
- Patients with a family history of sudden death or of congenital
prolongation of the QTc interval on electrocardiograms, or with any other clinical condition known to prolong the QTc interval.
- Patients with disturbances of electrolyte balance e.g. hypokalemia or hypomagnesaemia.
- Patients who are taking any drug which is ####bolized by the cytochrome enzyme CYP2D6 (e.g. flecainide, metoprolol, imipramine, amitryptyline, clomipramine).
- Patients taking drugs that are known to prolong the QTc interval. These drugs include.
+ Antiarrhythmics of classes IA and III.
+Neuroleptics, antidepressive agents.
+ Certain antibiotics including some agents of the following classes: macrolides, luoroquinolones, imidazole and triazole antifungal agents.
+ Certain non-sedating antihistamines (terfenadine, astemizole).
+ Cisapride.
PRECAUTIONS:
- Do not take this as a preventive against malaria.
- Do not use this to treat malaria that affects the brain.
- Pregnancy and lactation.
SIDE-EFFECTS:
-CNS: headaches, dizziness and fatigue, sleep disorder.
-Cardiovascular system: tachycardia.
- Muscles and bones: aching muscles and joints.
- Alimentary tracts: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, loss of appetite.
- Allergy: skin itch or erythema.
Discontinue the medication and inform your doctor about side-effects when using this medicine.
INTERACTIONS:
- Avoid concomitant administration with antioxidant agents such as Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Glutathione…. Because of possible diminution of amtimalarial action.
- Artemether may potentiate other antimalarial activity
- As grapefruit juice inhibits the ####bolism of some drugs via the CYP3A4 cytochrome enzyme, it is advisable not to drink grapefruit juice while taking Artemether-Plus.
SHELF-LIFE:
-36 months from the manufacturing date.
Never use after the expiry date clearly indicated on the outer packaging.
STORAGE:
Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from light.
Once the suspension has been made up, it is stable for a maximum of 14 days. Longer conservation is not recommended.
