افتقدناك وكيفنك وانا كنت متوقعة السؤال ده يجينا من جوزيف,, لكن برضه شكرا ليك ما دام مهتم بالموضوع
انا لا اريد أن اقول لك الاختلافات الكانت حاصلة بين الراحل الدكتور جون قرنق والقائد سلفاكير والاشاعات التي كان يرددها البعض حول هذا الموضوع وزي ما هو منشور في هذا الصحيفة,,,
ولكني أود أن أرجعك لمذكرات لام أكول الذي نشرته جريدة الرأي العام العام الماضي وقال فيها أن سلفاكير كان له كاريزما قوية جدا وسط القوات المسلحة عندما كان في القوات المسلحة السودانية في الاستخبارات العسكرية وكذلك بعدما التحق بقوات الأنانيا وبعد ذلك عندما أسس مع جون قرنق قوات الجيش الشعبي عام 1983م وكان جنود الحركة الشعبية يضعون له احتراما خاصا لتكتيكاته الحربية البارعة التي كبدت القوات الحكومية خسائر فائقة في المعدات والأرواح.. وكان ينادي منذ ذلك الوقت بفصل الجنوب عن الشمال على عكس الدكتور جون قرنق الذي كان ينادي بالسودان الجديد كوحدة متماسكة.... وخاف مستشارو جون قرنق من أن يؤدي هذا الاختلاف في الرأي والاسترتيجية لتفكيك وانقسام الحركة الشعبية ونصحوه بأن يعمل للحد من نفوذ سلفاكير ولهذا قام جون قرنق بوضع سلفاكير تحت الإقامة الجبرية( وهذا ليس كلامي ولكن كلام الدكتور لام أكول) وبعد 9 أشهر من الإقامة الجبرية توسط بعض القيادات المقربة من جون قرنق لاطلاق سراحه والاستفادة من خبرات سلفاكير ونفوذه القوي وسط الجنود ولما له خبرة طويلة في الاستخبارات العسكرية, ومن هؤلاء الذين توسطوا له الفريق بولينو ماتيب نيال, والفريق نيال دينق نيال, والفريق جيمس حوت, ومن المعروف أن الفريق بولينو ماتيب نيال هو الآن نائب القائد سلفاكير والرجل القوي بعده , ونيال دينق هو الذي يليه في النفوذ , وقد عينهما سلفاكير ردا للجميل وللصداقة بينهما ولكن أيضا لخبراتهما الواسعة في قيادة العمليات العسكرية...
كان القائد سلفاكير دائما يقول" ان الاستفتاء الذي سيتم في 9 يناير 2011م هو" الخيار بين أن تبقى مواطن درجة ثانية في وطنك وبين أن تكون مواطنا حرا في دولتك المستقلة"...وهذه المقولة هي التي تؤكد بأن القائد سلفاكير اختار إنشاء دولة مستقلة ويبذل جهوده من أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف..
المقال التالي التي يتحدث عن اشاعات الاختلافات بين الراحل الدكتور جون قرنق وبين القائد سلفاكير وأنا أوردته فقط كمثال بأن هناك فعلا اختلافات ولكن ليس بالضرورة أن اعتمد ما أوردته هذه الصحيفة ,,, ولكن ما قاله الدكتور لام أكول هو المصدر الثقة لأنه حي وكلامه موثق في الصحف ...

The Difference B/n Dr. Garang And Cdr Salva Kiir
Dear southerners,
I hope our silence is genuine. The difference between Col. Dr. Garang and his dupty CDR salva KiirMayardiit has been rumoured for some times now but one failed to hear any mentioning of this or any query whether this has really happened. From most sources in the South and in bourdering neighbour states there seems to have a confirmation of such a differences between the tow giants but the extend is not known. Does any one here have confirmation or denial of the matter?
I hope those in Nairobi or Nadok in the south sudan will enlight us about this rumours.

Watching closely the discussion surge for the past few weeks, I observed that a disturbing trend is shaping up. First it was the alleged memo of Equatoria commanders in the movement and its devastating impact. Then the fictitious arrest of Rebecca De Mabior with millions of Dollars at UK. Now the fabricated dispute between Garang and Salva Kiir Mayardit that has been circulated widely. Those who engineered these sequential flow of events aim at one conclusion. Garang is against Equatorian people, against Bahr-El-Ghazal people, against Upper Nile people, and far worst he is corrupt to the extend that his wife is stealing the wealth of South Sudan and diverts it to personal accounts or projects. They think by portraying Garang as a corrupt divider, who is against everyone, he will loose his credibility as a leader for South Sudan along with the movement.
These events have not emerged accidentally but are all part and parcel of a broader plot that started not long ago by discarded veteran politician and few greedy and aspiring youth who felt overshadowed by Garang and SPLA/M success. They conducted few meeting in Europe and USA under the banner of promoting discussion and dialogue among South Sudanese, but their one and only aim was to challenge the legitimacy of SPLA/M leadership, and worst of all, it’s declared objectives. That movement, which was born dead, failed to achieve it’s goals politically, hence they are now trying to achieve them the old fashion way i.e. polarizing the current united Southern Sudanese people on tribal or regional basis. The designer of that Bahr-El-Ghazal memo’s knows exactly what I am pointing at.
Folks it’s not the time to conduct a consensus or dispute Garangs’ leadership. South Sudan people had their say more than two decades ago, when Salva Kiir Mayardid and his comrades voted Garang the right person to forward the cause and lead the struggle. Hundred of Thousands from Bahr-El-Ghazal who sacrificed their lives never done that defending their tribes or region or Salva Kiir Mayardiit or even Garang, they died defending the whole South Sudan. Claim that Garang or the movement is against Salva Kiir or Bahr-El-Ghazal will have no resonant among Bahr-El-Ghazal people, because the movement now belongs to the masses and not to individuals. Anyone who thinks otherwise let him recall recent incidents in movement's history to discover that the movement is above glamorous names or regions.
Finally I second Prof. Nymllel proposal, and reject the exploitation of Bahr-El-Ghazal name as a tool to achieve narrow political gains. The movement objectives or leadership will never ever be challenged or disputed from Bahr-El-Ghazal. I believe it is the role of all South Sudan people in this sensitive juncture of our history to stand against these odd voices who are trying to create more cracks and rifts among people and regions to fit themselves in.

You spoke with authority which proved to me that there is nothing going on between Salva Kiir And Dr. John Garang which mean that those rumours are false. we are all hoping this rumours are false, those rumours are not new at all more had been said many years ago and this one is also part of that. So to every one stop talking about this rumours. Alot of people want this peace to fail and We don't want that. This rumours need to be condemned either By one of the CDR. Salva Kiir or Dr. John Garang's spokepersons from there we'ill be alright because I don't know any thing going on at all, I'm in the Dark just like most of you maybe of you know more than me.

As we are all concern about the constant flow of rumours, I am posting here the message sent to all units two days ago by the chairman of the SPLM/A Dr. John Garang. the texts was transmitted by fax and some texts may not bee readable.. but the much of the message is clear.. we will update it when we get the clear version of the texts.... cheers... nadok

1. This is to alert all units and all SPLM/A personnel of a massive disinformation campaign that is currently going on, so that nobody believes this lies and fabrication. Example of these lies, fabrication and disinformation include the following recent ones
2. there are two messages that are now circulating and supposed to have been by chairman and c-in-c of SPLM/A one even has a ordination number 011/10/2004 this message is addressed to CDR. Salva Kiir ® Cdr. Riek Machar, ® Cdr. James Wani/ all SPLM-LC members. In it I am alleged to be briefing those addressed about my recent long trip to USA, UK, Europe etc. of course I did not write such a message and there is no such a message in our signal net. Somebody or a group forged and circulated it in Nairobi and the Internet.
3. Another message circulated in the Internet alleged that the chairman’s wife was arrested by the British police and the custom in London for having 3.5 million US dollars on her. Of course there is no where she could get such money and there was no such arrest. Nobody in this world moves with such amount of money as that would need several briefcases. It is the same campaign of lies, disinformation and fabrication to discredit the chairman and the movement. However those carrying this vicious campaign of lies made the mistake to involve the British government (police/custom) to be the one that made the alleged arrest. Friends of the movement in the UK raised the issue with the British Government and the issue is now being investigated as a criminal case. It is not difficult to trace the origination and those fabricated this empty lies will be found out easily and exposed.
4. a third fabrication is a message that is alleged to have been written by Equatorian officer in the movement warning none Equatorians to leave or else and a lot of other rubbish in that message. Of course this message was not written by Equatorian in the movement. It is very clear from the language used and the chaotic mannerism. It is simply a part of the same lies, disinformation and fabrication being churned out by the same circle of disgruntled people with a dubious political agenda
5. a forth disinformation and lies circulating in Nairobi and the internet is the services of fabrication concerning comrade Salva Kiir and the chairman allegation that, there is a confrontation between the chairman and the deputy chairman. Of course there is no such a confrontation and there is no reason that there should be. It is only lies, rumors, and fabrication intended to incite. But I want to assure all that there is no such thing and I am writing this message to expose that they are not true. The lies and disinformation including the following:
a) One such lie is that some Equatorian met the chairman in Nairobi about the alleged message of Equatorians referred to above and the chairman is alleged by this lie told the Equatorian leaders that the letter was written by Cdr. Salva Kiir, of course this is a blatant lie. That is not how the movement works and we have never worked like this for the last 21 years. The lies are created with the hope differences between the two of us. All should simply dismiss to what it is, a lie.
\'cool.gif' Another is that there was a meeting in Nairobi chaired by the chairman involving members of SPLM-LC and some military commanders. It is alleged that in the meeting the chairman announced that Cdr. Salva Kiir will be arrested, dismissed and replaced by Cdr. Nhial Deng as number two, and this is course a transparent lie. To give it some spices, it is alleged that in that meeting those who oppose the alleged dismissal were Cdr. Kuol Manyang, Cdr. Malik Agar, Cdr. Elijah Malok and Cdr. James Oath, first if all there was no such a meeting leave alone the allege discussion taken. The only meeting that took place involved only six people who were briefed by the chairman on the mission they were to undertake to neighboring country. These were Cdr. Nhial Deng, Cdr. Pagan Amum, Cdr. James Oath,…..(texts missing) …
c) …(texts missing)…and met Salva Kiir, the rumormongers on the leaning about the arrival of Cdr. Pieng in Yei and his meeting with Cdr. Salva Kiir fabricated yet more stories. They alleged the bodyguards of Cdr. Salva Kiir wanted to arrest Cdr. Pieng Deng Kuol by then Cdr. Salva Kiir refused. Again another white lie Cdr. Peing Deng and Cdr. Salva Kiir left for his command of third front without any incident as should.
6. All the above are as stories and lies, I want here to alert all units that there is absolutely no basis for all the above stories. There is no arrest and there is no dismissal of Cdr. Salva Kiir and the chairman never had this in his mind all, the chairman has worked with Cdr. Salva Kiir together for the last 21 years and such cannot happen. It is only the wishful thinking of those who are praying for something bad to happen the SPLM/A as we enter into the new era of peace. Nothing will happen to Salva Kiir and nothing happen to SPLM/A . Those hopping for bad things are far away from the movement and have never been members of the SPLM/A or have deserted the SPLM/A. nobody should listen to them.
7. all SPLM/A units are to remain vigilant and united behind their historical leadership which both the C-in-C and the chief of general staff and nobody should be allow to divide the movement.
