Job Description – Your Duties And Responsibilities:
- Specialist Client Trainers focus on educating and supporting end users on the data and capabilities of all desktop products.
- The Specialist Trainer provides excellent product, markets and client knowledge acting as a Subject Matter Expert in the Client Training Group and focuses on building strong relationships with our end user client base to ensure client retention and growth.
- The Specialist Trainer is the “ambassador” providing excellent client service to the customer.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Deliver high level training to experts, influential site contacts and end users
- Build the relationship to key stakeholders in the financial marketplace and act as their competent partner.
- Analyse client's current usage of products and suggest best practices
- Proactively initiate, design and deliver workshops and events for customers and Trainers.
- Pro-actively design, implement and run market campaigns in conjunction with the assigned Client Training teams
- Work with the account team to develop and execute account plans to protect existing revenue and ultimately grow revenue.
- Act as internal product and markets expert to educate Training and sales teams to protect sales and grow revenue
- Be always best informed about financial markets affecting their clients and keep abreast of competitor information.
Your Skills and Education:
- Degree/equivalent international qualification or relevant work experience
- Extensive experience in Financial Markets i.e. Asset Management, Trading, Sales, Training, Account Management or Product Support
- Strong Customer Service Skills as demonstrated by ability to anticipate and meet customer needs and build relationships.
- Excellent knowledge of customer business needs and workflows.
- Proficiency with trading floor technology; including data applications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, a creative approach to communicating with other members of the team and clients.
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills
- Ability to work as a member of a team
- Able to be multi-tasked and has the ability to function in a time sensitive environment.
- Project management experience and strong organizational skills
- Self-starter, independent worker
