    Some of the alleged facts in your article regarding the activities of Aljalia Alsudania in the washington Metro area are completely false. I am an active memeber of Aljalia and I pay my dues whether through participation or through monthly membership fees and I am not supporting the current government in the Sudan.When you mentioned the presence of the sudan Ambassador at Abdullahi Ali Ibrahim's lecture and indicated that he was invited by the Executive Committe of Algalia, I was surprised to your manipulation of facts. It happened that I was invited for Aftar Ramadan at the house of one of my freind who is a relative of Abdullahi. This Juba University colleaque invited me and my wife because Abdullahi is a freindd from long time ago. The Ambassador was present at that Iftar and he knew about the event at that moment and he decided to go along with a number of his staff to attend the public .
    Your allegation that Aljalia activities are soley serving the Embassy and the governemnt is not founded. Let me give you some examples of what Algalia did and you did not mentioned.
    1- A Cultural celebriation to honor Mohamed Elhassan Salem Humaid in recognition of his latest publication of MASSABEH ALSAMA ALTAMAN WA TASHEEESH. In that even I have personally talked to Humaud, Azhari Mohamed Ali, Yahia Fadlalla and Atef Kheiry who appreciate the celeberation and you know who they are.
    2- and the esteemed singer Ali aAlsegeed iced the cake that evening.Organized a an Art Exhibiton for Taj Elsir Elmalik
    3- Organized a trip for Aljalia childern to visit Sudan in their last school vacation. Mahjoob Shareef was the contact and the organizer of the childern trip in Sudan and he is the one who entertain them and took them around in Sudan to eduacate them about their home land culture.
    4- The computer school trained and graduated a number of Aljalia members and I had the honor to be part of that team
    5- These are only few diverse activities that reflect alJalia diverse outlook which absolutley devoid of political inclination.
    6- ALjalia is a non politiical organization according to the rules and regulation under which it was registered and according to laws of the country in which it exist.
    7- you have your political parties, as each of alJalia memebers do, where you can voice your political views to what is happening in the Sudan in general and Darfur in particualr and we do.
    8- The NDA is also a venue where you can express your opinion in a more elaborate way.
    9- There are still some shortcommings of aljalia work, and we hope for your forthcoming to correct the mistake and go forward.

    I still have more to say, but I think this enough for now.
