تعرف يا عمر, هذا الرجل المنافق و الدجال لجد evil-encarnate, هذا التصريح الغريب من الشيخ سببه union كل الحركات الإسلامية فى الجنوب تحت سقف واحد. فالبرغم من الإختلافات التى كانت موجودة بين المنظمات الإسلامية, إلا ان حكومة الجنوب إستطاعت توحيد هذه الحركات حيث انضمت منظمة السودان الجديد الإسلامية اليها. هذا الجهود قام به نائب رئيس حكومة الجنوب دكتور مشار. شوفت هذا الرجل خبيث كيف, هو يريد to cash in, ظنا منه ان اهلنا نسوا حملاته الجهادية ضدهم. عيييي, I almost vomit everytime I see هذا نوع من النفاق, منذ متى كان الشيخ يهتم بامر الجنوبين المسلمين? اصيب بالغيثان و الطمام كلما اسمع هذا الدجال.
اشك فى هذا الرجل يؤمن بشئ.

Islamic groups in Southern Sudan unite under one administration

April 8, 2008 (JUBA) – Various groups of Muslim community in Southern Sudan on Monday, April 7, resolved to reconcile their differences and unite under one administration.
Previously there were separate groups; one under the New Sudan Council for Islamic Affairs operating in the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement/Army (SPLM/A) liberated areas while some other groups were operating under the government controlled areas in Southern Sudan.
These groups have been in conflict over administration and coordination of Islamic affairs in Southern Sudan since the signing of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA).
In a meeting chaired by the Vice President of the Government of Southern Sudan, Riek Machar Teny, where all these groups were represented, the groups reconciled and united under a single executive body to administer the Islamic community in Southern Sudan.
The meeting confirmed Sheik Tahir Biar as the Chairman of the New Sudan Council for Islamic Affairs and to be headquartered in Juba.
Sheik Biar was authorized by the SPLM late Chairman Dr. John Garang de Mabior to represent the Islamic community in the SPLM/A liberated areas during the war.
The Council also resolved to start preparations for a General Assembly in the near future in which it will elect its leadership.
The meeting also resolved to re-organize various Muslim groups in the ten states of Southern Sudan into one body in their respective states and coordinate their autonomous administrations with their General Headquarters in Juba.
Machar also urged the Muslim community to contribute to the delivery of basic services to the people of Southern Sudan.
Speaking at the same meeting, the Governor of Central Equatoria state, Major General Clement Wani Konga congratulated the Muslim community for overcoming their differences as Southern Sudanese.
He pledged that his state government will handover any property owned by the Muslim community to the New Sudan Council for Islamic Affairs.
The Chairman of the New Sudan Council for Islamic Affairs, Sheik Tahir Biar commended the role played by the Government of Southern Sudan to help reconcile and unite the Islamic community under one administration in Southern Sudan.
Sheik Biar assured the meeting of his Council’s commitment to contribute to the development of Southern Sudan by providing basic services such as schools and health centers.
Earlier, a meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Government of Southern Sudan resolved to help unite and re-organize the Muslim community in Southern Sudan into one administration.
