Dear Ms. Lily Akol,
First of all - Many thanks for your kind comments.
In fact I want to give you my opinion about preaching Christianity in Sudan.
But before that, I want to point out one para of what you have stated :
You said :
Mr. Frankly that was specifically opened to trash Christians and Christianity is left open!! This is the problem right here and I don’t know why are we going far. This is why it’s impossible to preach Christianity in Sudan.
My comments on that:
Just please read with me what Jesus have said: " Luke 9:3-5 "TAKE NOTHING FOR YOUR JOURNEY NEITHER STAVES , NOR SCRIP, NEITHER BREAD,NEITHER MONEY, HEIGHER HAVE TWO COATS APIECE.
AND WHATSOEVER HOUSE YE ENTER INTO, THERE ABIDE, AND THENCE DEPART.
5- AND WHOSOEVER WI LL NOT RECEIVE YOU, WHEN YE GO OUT OF THAT CITY , SHAKE OFF THE VERY DUST FROM YOUR FEET FOR A TESTIMONY AGAINST THEM. " END.
Yes , Lily,
The Gentleman you brought up his name - who is always trashing Christianity - I never reply him ... because I do not want to come down even to look over his lies. Long time I noticed his lies ..always .. always twisting the truth. This is why I do not waste my time even to read or to reply what he writes. So, about preaching - we are not making it as a must - but whenever,we find a chance to say something benifitial, we say it without hesitation, if they want to call it preaching - let it be .. I name it :" practicing Christianity " - and the one who wants to listen, he will get the good news and the one who refuses, he is the loser and as Jesus said, we will shake the very dust from our feet. which such tiny dust will be as witness on them. Our Christianity is far beyond materialism - Even we should love our enemies and we should not judge people. But one thing , this does not mean that we are weak . No, this is the strength itself. We have to talk and always say the truth. This is why we need the Christians in this Board or even in Sudan or anywhere - Talk .. politly .. without judging others - When we find something wrong, we have right to raise up our voices. At last, Lily, please be one of those who back up the truth.. Just like John The Baptist .. he said the truth without fear and the king killed him - ....
PS: PLEASE FORGIVE MY POOR ENGLISH >>
Lastly, With true love and respect ..
Uncle .. Ernest
