Dear Salee
You are not a lone , this is a common feeling among young people , esp somone like u who didn't take a break from school since grade One.
we follow the rythm of the society and neglect our own , find the true salee , what she likes what she doesn't. Spend quality time with her . The only way to do that is by going out to explore . Nothing wrong with thinking outside the box , the box which is created by the society. Be adventerous , it's not wrong as long as we know the limits e.g religion .
Go out there and find salee , you won't know unless u try.
You said u hate yourself , are you feeling unworthy? low self-esteem? low-self-respect?
A nice advice I read before , is to put a sticker on the mirror that says ' I love u'
another one is to write all the nice complements on small cards . nice things said by people for example someone told you , you are a smart lady , you are pretty , you are tender , kind , thoughtful etc,
Our minds are set to remember negative comments , we always remember when people put us down or insult us , in a moment of saddness , all those mean and hurtful comments rain down on us and leave us feeling sad with no actual reason. Those small cards with nice comments can be used for the resque.
Are you around negative people? or people who are Pessimistic?? the enviroment around u plays an essential role in how you feel.
my advice to you sister is never to listen to tabalidna lool , the worst thing you can do is start a love relationship when you hate yourself , if you can't love your self sweety , you won't be able to love someone else.
We need to be in peace with ourselves first.
If you hate salle it means you really don't know salle , because salle is loved by family and friends which means she is lovely and worth the love, try to see what people see in u.
challenge yourself set goals and visulaize them being achieved everynight before you sleep
