· Excellent Location for Futian market, shops and resturants. For muslim travellers there are 3 halal food near the hotel. shortest way to Futian market on foot: from the Hotel turn left go strait and past the bank, turn right by the Gouzhou N Road, cross zebra way on your left, now on your left is District 3 gate 51 and when you cross the zebra way on your right will be District 2 gate 47. all the district buildings are connected to each other, but if you going from district to another district be on floor 2
Excellent Staff, some speak good English and some not but they will understand you what you want and will provide you with excellent service. Please when they ask for deposit just pay them the deposit and they will pay back when you leave. also if you want to pay them in US dollars bring the money with you from your country because all ATMs in China will give you the cash in Chinese rmb

Very good breakfast, though mostly is Chinese, I liked much their Salads, fried eggs, fruits, bread, drinks, Tea and coffee.
Excellent cleaning staff, every morning they clean the room and change the linen, they are polite and honest, many times I will forget my money on the table they will enter my room clean everything and leave my money untouched.
Excellent WIFI: fast and reliable.
There are some taxi drivers and car owners by the street in front of the hotel they will ask you if you want a taxi or a car. please always show them the address you going in Chinese, you can use Google translate to translate the adress in Chinese. depending on how far you are going the taxi or the car will cost between 10 rmb to 20rmb. Train station cost between 45 to 70 rmb.
Best bank to take cash from ATM is ICBC, it is the big building near the hotel on your right
for your comfort the hotel places in your room some staffs that you could need urgently, like: water , drinks, flip flaps, soap, shavers. please when you use these just pay them when you leave the hotel.
