Dear Elmoiz Abunura
First, I have to evaluate your concerns about the national dilemma that led you to actively participate in this
discussion. And despite our differences in judging Elbander's information or researchese, I see that it is well-worthy to debate of what he said and what we are addressing: the other issues that are related to the Sudanese crises.
However, Elbander's reading of the situation of implementing the Comprehensive Peace Agreement,CPA in the southern and northern Sudan is a problematic, unconstructive one. And, therefore, you found me saying that it is wrong to give a sense that Dinka and Nuer are going to clash over their future fate.
To us, and strategically, we don't want the CPA be jeopardized by such a clash that Dr Elbaned drew a negative speculation of. Indeed what we want from our highly respected scholars is motivating Sudan's peoples toward reconciliation rather than to enrich what separates them.
Dr.Elbander, dearAbunura , knows how the southerners should be helped by unifying their political efforts whether to make the whole country unity possible or to consolidate the unity factors among them, for the might of building the country they want, this if they vote for self-determination.
Dear Abunura
If someone wrote a book of the inevitably continuing, historic grievances between Dinka and Nuer that doesn't prove that we shouldn't be controlled by his or her idea. Instead, our duty, all the time - as political activists - should be focused on fighting these written-to-propel hatred books, maintaining the unity among people, and humanely leading them to tolerate each other.
To be sure, Dr. Salah didn't used this method, he spoke of D.Mashar's tribal conspiracy to destroy the CPA, and gave no evidence of such doings.
Other than that, we have to question our scholars so long as we respect their legacy in informing us in experience. To that, Dr Elbander is having a thoughtful legacy in so areas of work, and this writing is becoming available because of my regard to him.
