this is what i wrote in my diary when i thought about the whole issue of sharia and human rights :
humans are abstraction ,but islam goes further to speak about the current state of the human being whether it's a daughter that should abey her father ,whether he is a man that should obey his mother ,whether she is a wife that should abey her husband .human beings in ISLAM are variant according to their status , the the poor have the right in the money of the rich .see how ISLAM adapt cleverly to the social status of the human.

human some times are not equal a child is equal to an adult . a needy woman is not equal a rich one .
......................
the society of justice should address all these cicumstances .
human again is an abstaract. but islam goes furhter to difine the rights of the human whether he is a boy or a son or a father or an old man .the same is true for a woman .she is a adaughter ,she is a wife ,she is a sister ,she is a mother,she is a respected neighbour,she is a poor woman .

when you see the issue of how money is divided when a human die,
in ISLAM you see the woman sometimes get x amount of money ,but even this amout can be less or more than the man ,it all depends on differences in families (how many members ,is she a wife or a mother , is she a sister or what).
humans according to human rights are abstraction ,but in ISALM are defined according to the social status. then if you are human and your needy , you will get some money from the community of muslims.

ISLAM IS GREAT ,THE MORE WE THINK ,THE MORE WE SEE IT IS GREAT.
