جاء فى جريدة الصحافه لسودانيه خبر تعيين فيزانى مهاجير رئيسا لتشاد
وقال القيادي في التحالف محمد جرمة عبر الهاتف لـ «الصحافة» إن فيزاني أعلن تطبيق الاحكام العرفية واطلق سراح السجناء، وطمأن البعثات الدبلوماسية بضمان سلامتها، وأضاف ان التحالف سيدعو الى ملتقى سياسي لتحديد شكل المرحلة الانتقالية،التي ستعقبها انتخابات عامة.
واتهم وزير الخارجية التشادي من اديس ابابا، السودان بالتورط في الهجوم على انجمينا، ووصف السودان بأنه دولة ارهابية تريد التوسع على حساب تشاد، واغتصاب السلطة على حساب اخرين.
لكن وزارة الخارجية السودانية اصدرت بيانا امس نفت فيه التورط في الهجوم على انجمينا، ودعت اطراف النزاع إلي ممارسة اقصي درجات ضبط النفس والتحلي باليقظة والصبر، واللجوء إلي الحوار والعمل علي رعاية المدنيين والحفاظ علي ارواحهم وممتلكاتهم.
وقال البيان إن السودان يتابع بقلق بالغ واهتمام شديدين تطورات الأحداث في الجارة تشاد.واضاف أن السودان ينظر إلي هذه التطورات بحسبانها شأنا داخليا غير انه وبحكم الاخوة والجوار، يحث كافة اطراف النزاع في تشاد إلي وضع القوانين والاعراف الدولية المعمول بها في مثل هذه الحالات نصب أعينهم .
وأكد البيان أن جميع افراد الجالية السودانية بخير وكذلك اعضاء السفارة في انجمينا.
في هذه الاثناء، أعلن الرئيس التنزاني رئيس الاتحاد الافريقي جاياكا موريشو كيكوينتي، أن الاتحاد لن يقبل الاطاحة بأية سلطة عسكرية غير شرعية، مؤكدا انه تقرر تسليم ملف تشاد للجنة تضم الرئيسين الليبي معمر القذافي والكنغولي ساو انغستي.
من جهته، حذر الزعيم الليبي من ان المسألة يمكن أن تتكرر على اي رئيس افريقي، وقال ان ما يجري في تشاد يجعلنا معرضين لنفس المصير، مشيرا الى ان دبي انتخبه شعبه بنسبة 70%،لكنه عاد وقال ان الذين حملوا السلاح في وجهه ليسوا مجانين وانما قادة معروفون بالنسبة الينا.
الى ذلك، اعلن في الرياض ان سعوديتين هما زوجة وابنة موظف في السفارة السعودية في تشاد قتلتا في انفجار قنبلة ألقيت على منزل السفير السعودي في انجامينا.
اما سى ان ان فقد قالت ان دبى يقود المعارك بنفسه وان المتحدث باسم وزارة الدفاع الفرنسيه قال ان المتمردين يتقهقرون اليوم الاحد ولكن لايستطيع ان يحدد من سيكسب المعركه ...

PARIS, France (CNN) -- Chad's President Idriss Deby was personally directing his troops' battle against rebel soldiers in the capital city N'Djamena Sunday as more foreign nationals prepared to flee the north African country.

The deployment of a planned European peacekeeping mission to Chad and neighboring Central African Republic has also been suspended, France's defense minister said in Paris, according to French media reports.
Between 2,000 and 3,000 rebel soldiers armed with rifles were moving around N'Djamena on Sunday in pickup trucks as the Chadian troops used helicopters against them, said Christophe Prazuck, a spokesman with the French Defense Department in Paris.
Although the rebels claimed to have trapped President Deby, who himself seized power in a rebel uprising in 1990, in his palace, they were driven away as troops made advances Sunday, Prazuck said. Watch a report on rebel movements »
However, Prazack told The Associated Press: "Nobody can say who will win." France, the former colonial power, has a long-standing military presence in Chad.
Rebels with assault weapons, rocket-propelled grenades and pickup trucks entered the capital Saturday after fighting on the city's outskirts Friday, he said.
No death toll from the fighting has been given but a U.N. security official told the French news agency AFP there were a lot of bodies in the streets, "some burned, some just hacked" to death.
The French military spokesman said the rebels crossed into Chad from Darfur in an effort to topple Deby's government.

Both the Sudanese and Chadian governments have previously accused each another of fomenting violence in their countries by giving support to rebel groups.
About 240,000 people have crossed the border to Chad to flee the civil war in Darfur, where Sudan's government and government-supported Arab militias have been accused of widespread atrocities against the civilian population.
A French military spokesman confirmed that fighting in the capital that began Saturday had resumed Sunday morning.
The French government said it expected to evacuate 400 foreign nationals on Sunday after taking the same number out of its former colony the day before.
The U.S. Embassy, in a statement Saturday, said it was evacuating selected employees and their families from N'Djamena. French troops were controlling the airport.
On Saturday rebels agreed to a cease-fire, according to an official Libyan news agency.
In a telephone conversation between Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi and Mohammed Nouri, a rebel leader in Chad, Nouri agreed to a cease-fire and to talks aimed at implementing a peace and reconciliation agreement, JANA reported.

But rebel spokesman Mahamat Hassane Boulmaye said he had not heard of any cease-fire and did not believe Nouri would agree to an unconditional end to hostilities, AP reported.
The French government said it opposed the rebels' actions. "You cannot try to use force to change a sovereign government," said Nicolas Princen, a spokesman for President Nicolas Sarkozy's office.
The U.S. State Department said it joined the African Union in "condemning the attempt by armed rebels entering from outside the country to seize power extra-constitutionally in Chad."
"We call for calm in the capital and support the AU's call for an immediate end to armed attacks and to refrain from violence that might harm innocent civilians," the State Department said. Watch a discussion of possible solutions to conflicts in Africa »
In May 2006, rebels got within a mile of N'Djamena before government forces halted them, reportedly with the help of French troops garrisoned there; Deby, denied such aid. His government later gave a top ministerial post to a leader of the rebels. E-mail to a friend
