Description Inside Sales SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Multi-lingual: Arabic, English, French ideally. Good business working fluency. Knowledge of the IT industry working with account managers and VAR?s. Knowledge of routing and routed protocol and internet solutions. Knowledge of LAN, WAN, remote access, wireless and switched network solutions. Ability to understand technical issues and apply technology and products to a business opportunity. Must possess a high level of skill in all areas of communication, relationship building, organization, presentation delivery, time management and team support. Must be self-motivated, creative, and flexible, consistently meet commitments, and exhibit a high level of integrity. Ability to learn quickly and absorb new technology knowledge.

Demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills.3. Strong problem solving skills: ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action. 1. Knowledge of baseline SE skills and knowledge in one area of specialization. 2. Knowledge and demonstrated operating experience in one of the following area's of specialization: VPN's, Security, QoS, Remote/Local Access, IBM, Multi-Service (Voice and Video), Campus/MAN, WAN, Optical Networking, Transmission Systems or Wireless (relevant to assignment).3. Knowledge of relevant solutions sets, product line specifications, performance criteria and applications.4. Competitive knowledge (in their area of specialization) including solution, technology and product offerings.5. Understanding and conversant about company, solutions and product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. 5+ years-related experience. Cisco product experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings in technology area of emphasis required. Pre-Sales experience required. Typically requires BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent.CCNP & CCDP Certification Required. New hire must obtain certification within first year of employment. Inside Sales SE based UK Supporting EMEA with a primary focus on the Middle Eastern countries. Excellent technical skills combined with a working knowledge of Cisco Advanced Technologies. The ability to influence and sell both remotely by telephone or Web collaboration tools and also through face to face meetings and solution demonstrations. Multilingual is required.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting the Inside Sales team selling Cisco products in the areas of telephony, wireless, security, and core routing and switching products. In this position, the SE will be supporting the inside sales team with requests for support on product selection, capabilities, specifications, configuration and solution design during the sales process to help close deals. There will be a high volume of these requests for support and they will vary in technical complexity. Occasional travel to other countries may be required.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the Inside Sales team in driving revenue in the registered partner space Provide networking product support to Inside Sales team and VAR?s Work with Inside Sales team to help satisfy territorial sales quotas. Be an internal expert on product specifications, features, functions. Assist sales team with the development of formal sales plans, proposals and network designs. Provide technical coaching to continually educate the sales team on Cisco solutions and products. Keep own knowledge updated on the current Cisco products and features and solutions. Provide the sales team with competitive knowledge (in area of specialization) including solution technology and product offerings.
1. Direct account and partner responsibilities for selected accounts in assigned territory.2. Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services.3. Provide technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory.4. Perform technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects.5. Assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.6. Actively participate as a specialist on assigned Virtual Team and provides consultative support in their area of specialization to other Systems Engineers.7. Must identify area of specialization.
