Dear friends With the election of Jim Webb, the Democratic party will be in control of both houses of the congress. The democrats gained 28 seats in the house of representatives, and in the new senate, the Democratic party and its alliances have 51 seats, while the Republican party has 49 seats. The major question is that what will be the impact of the Democratic party victory's on the American foreign policy in general, and the policies towards Sudan in particular? Regards
