Nowadays working in sudanese hospitals became like the hell.Our
consultant became rare like gold we saw them rarely and all their time are in their private clinics collecting money.The available ones who are not famous and young, we find them unqualified and had no experience just brains full of theory ,and when face with critical or emergency cases we saw them confused and dont know what to do?
our colleague depressed and not know what to do .Work like a machine a very hard work and at the end of the months a salary equal few pounds for transportation and breakfast
junior doctors who are newly graduated dont know anything about ethics and appreciation of the patients and colleagues deal roughly with patients and commit fatal mistakes and they dont accept any correction or advice from their seniors
The result and consequences of the above will surely affect the patients and their precious life???
I think everyone saw with his/her eyes what happening inside hospitals and I think the problem is obvious .But the most important is the solutions which should be backgrounded by a solid statistics and scientific based researches
From here I claim all enthuiastic young graduates of statistics ,social and all related faculties related with research and statistics to do enter hospitals after hospitals
ask doctors
ask patients
ask paramedicals staff
ask workers inside hospitals
do questionaires
lastly collect all these information analyse it
and present it to all to show everyone the area of defects and the possibilty of treatment
The most important thing is to eradicate the problem from its root .The root
of the problem is what called HIGH EDUCATION REVOLUTION by ingaz soldiers
Lastly I beleive strongly in statistics and interdiciplinary researches especially that done with social workers
TO BE CONTIUED.....
