this is his argument to the German authorities to have a stateless travel document, and to legalaize his residence in Germany
Quote: my Sudanese client told German authorities that he is an illegitimate child of a Sudanese father and an Ethiopian mother who had fled to Sudan during the Eritrean-Ethiopian war and had worked as a housekeeper in the household of the father. The father never legally acknowledged his fatherhood and went away to Saudi-Arabia marrying another woman. His mother died when he was little. Since his father never acknowledged him as his child he could not get a birth certificate. Without a birth certificate he did not exist officially and could not go to school, find work legally, get married etc. He applied for Sudanese citizenship four times and got rejected four times, because he could not prove he is Sudanese without a Sudanese father. He does not know anything about his mother’s family in Ethiopia. |
and bellow here is what his lawyer wants
can u prove that???
or can u bring a document supports that??
i don't think so
Quote: In order to be able to obtain German travel documents for stateless persons I need to prove to German authorities on behalf of my client what the law is in Sudan, that he cannot claim Sudanese citizenship if he cannot provide for a Sudanese father |
his lawyer is not claiming a help that guides him to have a sudanese citizenship, she is asking for for the help that denies him from having a sudanese citizenship that supports his argument, and unfortunately, u can not support that even if he is a (ba$tard), he is entitled to all rights like other sudanese
