Thank you so much for all the kind words and hopefully we will be able to provide a professional/honest service to our Sudanese community across the US. The website is in English because it is in constant contact (Via API) with our business partners like UPS and several trucking companies, Also, we are in the process of expanding our services to include other African English-speaking countries.
Regarding the location, Okeechobee address is for the formal mail communication between SudaShip, Inc and government agencies because SudaShip, Inc was registered at this address with State of Florida (you are welcome to verify this
information at Florida Corporate registration website).
Our warehouse is located at Vista Parkway (please refer to SudaShip.com contact us page)
We are using 1800 because we have some customers calling us from overseas.
I hope we were able to answer most of your concern/questions.
We politely asking each and every one of you to spread the word about what we do and how we can help you send unused items at our homes here in USA (laptops, computers, iPad, books, school supplies) to our families/friends back home, and help build a new and strong Sudan.
Also, we are committed to doing the following:
Feeding a Child Each Time We process a shipment.
We have thousands of Sudanese children struggling with hunger every day specially among elementary school children. We think this problem can be solved if we all put an effort into doing a little bit. Here at SudaShip, Inc (and with your help) we set out to do our part.
Each time we ship a package, we donate a 5% of our proceeds to feed a hungry Sudanese child that is enough to feed a child for five days. We believe that by giving children the nutrition they need to thrive and reach their potential; we will be making a positive impact on the Sudan for generations to come.

You are already helping. Each time you use us to ship a package we make a donation. Ending hunger one small step at a time. And of course, you can feel free to send donation (packages) directly to any reputable charity in Sudan and we will provide you with a substantial shipping rate discount.
