Dear Nazar, Asskouri, and friends
Northern Riverian Sudanese communities learned from their history , long experience,and tragedies how to live in a peaceful co existence with each other. Not only that, but during the last century they intermarried with each other. Iam concerned about the grave situation in the Nile State. As a descendant of immigrants from Almatamma, and Mugrat Island who left the north more than a century ago to settle in Rufaa, Alkamleen, Kassab, and other villages, and towns of central Sudan, I saw the success of Northern Riverain Sudanese in adjusting, and assimilating into their new communities in Central Sudan
After the failure of NIF in its civilizational project, it playes the ethnic, and tribal card to divide the opposition, and to control the country. Regrettably, NIF with its two factions NC, and PC- Equality and Justice was successful in Darfur, and Southern Kordofan.NIF is using the same tactics now in Eastern Sudan, and Northern Sudan. Since I DO NOT trust the new authority of NIF/ SPLM, I hope that the leaders of Jaa'liyn communities, and Manasir communities would stand by each other, side by side as they used to do, and negotiate ways,and means to foil this new conspiracy to deny the people of Makbrab their rights to their land. Itis also the time for the people in Northern Riverain communities to stand firmly with the Manasir people
