Dr. El-Khoury is absolutely right. It was misleading for the public by MTV to just go ahead and post such a hoax. The trend of the "Digital drugs" or "binaural beats" hoax is a couple of years old by now, it was launched and heavily advertised by fake you-tube videos and articles by a company named I-Doser who made millions of dollars out of it. I myself was tempted to try it out and downloaded the app on my iphone-4 back then, when I ran the app I got stuck where I had to buy some mp3 files from them to listen to the so called "binaural beats", so eager to give it a try I bought 1 mp3 file called "pure doses" for $35 (those where the prices back then when the hoax was still new, now that this big lie not passing on many people anymore they dropped the prices like in half) "http://idoseraudio.com/index.php?main_page=indexandcPath=35http://idoseraudio.com/index.php?main_page=indexandcPath=35http://idoseraudio.com/index.php?main_page=indexandcPath=35h...age=indexandcPath=35" As per their instructions, you have to listen to the complete "beat" to get the effect, so I went ahead, plugged the earphones and clicked on play. It started first as a humming sound then other sounds started appearing after 30 minutes and still waiting for some effect I started to get bored with this thing and to your surprise you have to remain 1.30 hours hooked to your earphones like a stupid donkey to complete listening to the irritating noise. I gave it a try the next day but still nothing.. I even made the same stupid mistake of buying a second beat from them but still nothing, I searched the internet intensively and found out that this is a well advertised hoax and there is nothing such as a digital drug. But my research came out too late where I already lost like $65 with them and the counter keeps running .. millions are buying from them till this day. I don't understand how could MTV post such a thing and where did they get those liars giving false statements from. November 1, 2014 SELO One dr.? he did not hear about digital drugs before? and you call this covering both sides of the story! you concluded with one interview? thats the blog of the century...have you googled a bit more? perhaps in another language?
