Qurtoba Announce the following post in Telecommunication Company:
Job Title:Doctor
Department: HR
Reports To: HR Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Quality of Service: to ensure high quality of service to be provided by the Medical Insurance Companies and their networked hospitals, pharmacies and medical centers,
• Troubleshooting: to troubleshoot different problems and issues related to the medical Insurance service,
• Contact Person: to be the contact person for both BUPA & BNI, and their different medical centers in Sudan, and contact person for any other Medical Authority related to Company and its employees,
• Access to the Web (BUPA): should have access to web (page administrator) , to have a close follow up with BUPA local office on different situations including evacuation to any location around the world for those covered,
• Medical Claims and Payments: to follow up the medical claims (close follow up), to and from the insurance companies/service providers. Ensure obtaining exceptional approvals required for different situations.
• Travel Insurance policies: to ensure that required Travel Insurance Policies were provided up on request to (after obtaining the approval) the employees only,
• Add &/or remove: to add &/or remove employees and their dependants to the medical network in case of BNI, and follow up with the employees to add their new dependants (Spouses & children) in case of both BUPA & BNI,
• Medical Consultant: for Company employees and their dependants ( in office, and with Insurance Companies BUPA & BNI),
• follow up with pharmacies to get prepared with missing medicines,
• follow up the Medical claims (close follow up, receive and distribute medical claims ,
• Approvals: Follow up required approvals when needed
• Company Doctor: Contact person for Company to treat urgent situations & simple instant issues for the employees and their dependants
• Medical consultants for the outsourced employees and their dependants, focal person for the outsourced and their medical insurance issues with Outsource Company & Medical Agent and Medical Insurance Company,
• Trouble shooting of problems emerge due to use of medical networks and online Services
• Any other issues/requests provided by the HR Administrator.
Authorities Works as Acting Group Secretary, will be the contact person who will have access to corporate world and will be handling all additions, deletions and operational arrangements.
Required Competences
Characteristics:
• BSC in Medicine (from UK or USA only)
• Minimum 2 working years of experience.
• Female
• Not more than 30 years old
• Released from the military service
• Completed Horsemanship
