I am really impressed by the translation and the perfect careful English writing (please remove one redundant dot). In fact your translation demonstrates that you know what you are talking about, i.e. you know far more than the literal meaning of the original text. Sudan, today, badly needs people with your talent and seriousness. When I look at the standards of English in Sudan, I wonder how did our politicians cope with Nifasha Protocols… ?? Well done and please share with us more of your works.
