Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities
"The main role is:
1. Technically manage the operation and maintenance of the life Network along the hour, this include but not limited to all Network Elements under Company responsibility including MSCs, MGWs, RNCs, BSCs, BTSs, NodeBs, Transmission equipments ….etc
2. Manage the whole network Operation on behalf of customer.
3. Responsible for the accuracy and quality of work performed by the assigned field maintenance, Front Office, Back Office, Logistics, Spare Parts management staffs who participated to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain different system equipment.
4. Provides direct supervision of assigned Supervisors, manages the staff levels to meet the changing work demand, determines methodology for problem resolution, and the appropriateness of policies and procedures that affect the operation of the responsible network.
5. Fully responsible on the P&L of Managed Operation project.
6. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and to achieve the best satisfaction for the customer by the best values of SLAs and KPIs.
7. Typically reports to Managed Services Director. A significant degree of creativity and latitude is applied."

"1. Above 8-10 years of international telecommunication experience, especially with manager work experience with telecom Vendors and/or Operators.
2. Excellent possessing good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
3. Contract negotiation high level capability.
4. Very well understanding for different business cases, and models.
5. Strong personality and high level in work show ability.
6. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
7. Have subcontractor management experience and 3rd party verdor management experience.
8. Bachelor or above degree. "
