Excuse me to point out some elements your statements regarding the government
media attacts against Elsadig Elmahdi included, I guess the most important elements you typed in your comments establish a constitutional comparison that we shloud to enhance and appreciate , becuase just praying some one or even insult him wont consider a positive objective contribution to end the ongoing question of our lovely sudan.The two elements are :1- Legitimacy of any government and 2- The compliance of the performance of that authority as to the limits been lined out by the elected legislative bodies that represent the whole nation of an entity ...these elements should be honored in any debate that tends to weigh and judge the political status of sudan .
Elsadig Elmahdi , accordingly , was critisized ,and still ... simply because he was and is legitimate , this is the consequences of being legitimate , individual who participated in the making of the political process of geting him into authority , had and haveh the right to pull him off , to get him off office , and this is the value , the constitutional right that the current authority held ,was that it overthorew the elected government without the cosent of the nation at time donig this ...ELsadig Elmahdi did not abuse human rights , did not make any holocaust , we should have been by now experiencing a high level of democracy , it was a unique trial we had have by that time , but our emotions were high enough to spoil that treasure we deserved and lost !
2- To the compliance of the authority's performance with the limits been lined out by the legislative limits !!! sya what-SO-EVER YOU could Imagine!
DEviation of Authority from any plan , any program been declared ... without even notifying the nation thru media machinery ... simlpy becuase all the legislative bodies plus the the excutive crew are the one party properities.!!!
They seems to be the country organs but really they are the governing party organs, as far as interests are concern , these organs never sreve the mere
citizen ... priority to those affilaite to the party , which changed the one nation into two different nations within the limits of one country !!! civil service, military service , employment , education , business ,, all these sectors were and are the best evidence showing how far discrimination is applied and became an apparent sign of corruption ... to these ends the comparison should be obejective , fair and straight ahead focused to hit the core of the problem ... Elsadig Elmahdi was starving to construe these values as an individual and officals behavior , we need to persue the
sense of legitimacy and authority actions to find out wether or not Elsadig ELmahdi , was a way a head of the current regime ...we better imagine the future , the value of legitimacy in the image of the ongoing debate of sudan as one entity or two different ones , reading that with the dogmatic stand of the government in excluding all sudan from the negotiations that procced to draw the destiny of the upcoming sudan .
SIr BEhairi ... you really stressed good points worthy of being striked to have most of us be memorized , if for any reason , people been confused , or
any kind of illusion might be done to have them missed up the idea of the comersion it self ...
