مصر تعارض فرض عقوبات على السودان وتطلب من مجلس الأمن ظبط النفس!!

القاهرة 17 مارس (رويترز) - مصر السبت تعارض العقوبات على السودان في الخرطوم على رفض السماح لالاف من قوات حفظ السلام الدولية الى خربته الحرب في اقليم دارفور.
Foreign Minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit said he had sent letters to the U.N. Security Council permanent members, the African Union and the European Union urging them to "deal positively" with a letter sent by Sudanese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir to U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon on the Darfur issue.وزير الخارجية احمد ابو الغيط انه بعث برسائل الى شين نون الداءمه العضويه في مجلس الامن والاتحاد الافريقي والاتحاد الاوروبي وطالبهم ب "التعامل الايجابي" مع رسالة من الرئيس السوداني عمر حسن البشير شين نون الامين العام بان كي - مون في دارفور.
U.N. officials said the letter listed a variety of conditions to approve the world body's plan to bolster the African Union's under-funded 7,000-member force now in Darfur.وقال مسئولون بالامم المتحدة الرسالة الواردة من مجموعة شروط للموافقة على خطة الهيءه العالمية لدعم الاتحاد الإفريقى فى اطار التمويل 7،000 افراد القوة الآن في دارفور.
The letter prompted Britain to urge the U.N. Security Council on Tuesday to impose sanctions on Sudan.الرسالة دفعت بريطانيا حث شين نون مجلس الامن يوم الثلاثاء فرض عقوبات على السودان. The United States said the following day it was planning new sanctions against Khartoum, including restrictions on companies that do business there in U.S. dollars.قالت الولايات المتحدة في اليوم التالي انها تعتزم عقوبات جديدة ضد الخرطوم ، بما في ذلك القيود على الشركات التي تتعامل فيها الدولار.
"The minister called all parties to continue dialogue to ease the hurdles and warned against the consequences of the so-called 'Plan-B' that include talks about imposing sanctions on Sudan," the Egyptian Foreign Ministry said in a statement."دعا جميع الاطراف الى مواصلة الحوار لتخفيف الاعباء وحذرت من عواقب ما يسمى ب' الخطة تشمل المحادثات حول فرض عقوبات على السودان "وزارة الخارجية المصرية في بيان.
Egypt, which borders Sudan, has blamed the violence in Darfur on rebel groups that had rejected a May 2006 peace deal.مصر التي تجاور السودان ، مسؤولية العنف في دارفور على جماعات المتمردين التي ترفض أي صفقة السلام فى ايار / مايو 2006. The ministry said Aboul Gheit's letter urged the U.N. Security Council to work on reaching a political settlement that would include the non-signatory rebel groups to the peace agreement.وقالت الوزاره في رسالة أبو الغيط حث شين نون مجلس الامن الى العمل على التوصل الى تسوية سياسية تشمل الدول غير الموقعة الجماعات المتمرده لاتفاق السلام.
Experts estimate around 200,000 people have died and 2.5 million fled their homes since the conflict flared in 2003 when rebel groups took up arms against the central government, charging it with neglect.ويقدر الخبراء حول 200 قتيل و 2.5 مليون فروا من منازلهم منذ اندلع الصراع فى عام 2003 عندما شنت مجموعات حملوا السلاح ضد الحكومة المركزية ، وعهد اليه مع الاهمال. Bashir's letter was responding to a Jan. 24 letter from Ban, which spelled out plans for an interim "heavy package" of some U.N. 3,000 personnel, mainly engineers, logistics and medical units as well as helicopter pilots.البشير فى رسالة ردا على رسالة من 24 كانون الثاني / يناير الحظر التي توضح خطط مؤقتة "مجموعة كبيرة" من ضم بعض افراد 3،000 معظمهم مهندسون واللوجستية والطبية فضلا عن قيادة طائرات الهليكوبتر.
