We currently are faced with a situation where the American admin seems to be changing direction. Scott Gration maneuvers in the country can only be explained in those terms. Regardless, of the internal political balances within the admin that let to this situation, we as interested parties have to move. That move must be multi-faceted, prompt and effective. We have good indications that the Americans are now inclined towards the option of two Sudans. If those prospects have to be realized as a result of a choice made by the Sudanese people expressing their wish in a free and fair ballot box, then let be. But, our fear is that the weight of the American preposition would certainly have bearings on the result. Gration recent tactics are clear. He wants to keep Albashir, despite every thing in order to maintain the balance that would lead to referendum and hence two Sudans.
