The news source you quoted can never be trusted. First of all The National Congress Party has not won an absolute majority in the recent South African election, as it was stated by the news source. To have an absolute majority in South Africa they need two third of the count to go to their favour and they did not get that. Zuma's party have the majority of the seats in the parliament but not the absolute majority.
What makes me wonder is where is the news here, has the Al-Bashir ever been invited to the pervious South African presidents inauguration ceremony or any other head of state. Have any head of state been invited to any other head of state inauguration ceremony except for some special circumstance like the first president of a country or circumstance similar to that of Nelson Mandela inauguration ceremony.
