Dear Dreams, Thanks a lot for bringing such information to our attention, I belive that Alengaz has managed to a ccomplish its political totalitarianism and now they are moving twards the complete cultural totalitarianism. To understand the behavior of such junta the English people say ;when somebody is desprate , then he deeds will be desprate too. I think Sief Algamaa has touched the core point by his above-mentioned comment- and I would add : In 1995 I was raw graduated from U OF K , but I was still committed to my political concerns in the University atomosphere, then one day in the faculty of medicine we woke up with a fabuluous surprise you know what, group of the Islamic fundamentalist was destroying the concrete benchs in the faculty, and when we have asked them in a public discussion; they answered that there were some bad doings observed in the benches, the surprise was that the maximum expectation for the bad doing was to be students kissing each other; then we told the Fundementalist that there was a guy who comited a crime killing some one by using a knife; what do you think if we request the government to stop the manufactory of the knives?????????? And now the top guys who are drawing the cultural policy in that lost country decided to close the factories and stop the knives production. Protecting the ownership of the mucicians , singers and poets has nothing to do with these unaplicaple laws. And I have questions in my mind since 15 years please help me guys to find and answer: 1- what does bad song or habta means? and what is standard for such song? what is the situation if what is classified as a habta song became popular? does that mean the Sudanese common sense is misleaded or is it sick? 2- Who is qualified to be the culutral judge in a country like Sudan -full of more than 500 languages and not accents as it was stated in the law as an obvious idicator for the dicrimination and the dominance of cerntian ethenical principles in the minds of the law phelosefers and the rulers as well- go a head Garang - there no choice except fighting. 3-Isn't it a matter of puplic opinion to decide the way they want to enjoy and entertian- what left for this government is to decide special days for the married couples to have love with thier partners and I think they will do it if they get a chance. I would like to irionically stnad a gainst this law as person and hereby I was calling you guys to strongly stand agianst such Nonesense.
Long live Sudanese Struggle for Freedom Bakry
