I can’t quit fathom the reason behind all this convoluted defense of Chinese products
If both are unfit for human consumption they should be banned
Consumers vote with their money when it comes to products. If there is growing evidence regarding poor quality control then the diligent thing to do is to stop buying the product in question
Media hype exists no doubt as does corruption, particularly in China
When the US was an up and coming power and capitalism was running a muck the State intervened to introduce the FDA, anti-trust laws, legalized labor unions ….etc
China, if it is remain intact and does not implode, will eventually need to follow or find a way to moderate these impulses
At any rate, until China stops doing this sort of thing: China food safety head executed
We should all say buyer be ware
