Attn: Matt Rosenberg
Dear Mr. Rosenberg,
Greetings..
The Sudan map posted on geography.about.com/library/blank/blxsudan.htm is incorrect.
As Sudanese I am disappointed that you publish that you can't find anywhere except in
the egyptians atlases. Hala'ib Triangle, which is north-east of Sudan belongs to Sudan ,
not to Egypt , but you straightened the parallele line to the red sea.
Some maps, including google earth, marked this erea as disputed land, and drew both lines
in red color.. I think this is more just and objective than ruling for egypt .
Please correct this by publishing the internatioally recognized map, or at least do like
google and others by showing both borders and mark the area as disputed. You will be
doing more justice then.
best regards,
Mohamed Osman
