However, the major problem is the presence of religious exclusionary rhetoric and it is usually due to the American Christian right and includes its political parties, and it is usually directed towards Christian minorities, Muslims, Buddhist Asians, non-religious, homosexual, and many groups spread among the population.

It is noticeable that there is a large amount of the reality of social hatred exchanged between the population itself, not only that, but that its repercussions float on public life and cause visible damages, although many cases of declaring hatred and attacking groups and religions happen and pass without being subject to reality Deterrence and legal accountability.
In the midst of this scene, many of the particles of hate speech in public life are repeated without interruption, despite the existence of clear laws that prevent occurrences and practices of these abuses.
Likewise, those who practice hate, incitement, and transgressions against them, despite their ability to pursue the legal abnormal party, but many of these facts pass without stopping at them and ending with allowing their perpetrators to escape legal accountability.
