United States of America is classified as a secular state, and its political constitution also includes, but the nature or secular character did not manifest itself in the direction of the reality of secularization of society and political life in particular, which evokes ethnic rhetoric, and in a large country in which a large number of beliefs, nationalities and philosophical and intellectual visions coexist. Upon secularization, it became a large vessel capable of absorbing these differences and forging the harmony between the social and political diversity present in the population.
In exchange, the constitution granted all components or individuals to practice their beliefs in the way they see them on the public level, provided that this does not conflict with public safety and security, and at these limits secularism resolves the issue and raises the sign of objection legally, but this is not sufficient.

What is certain is that the United States, although it is considered one of the secular states, but the reality indicates otherwise. The state has not yet reached the stage of comprehensive secularization and is still captive to the Protestant religious traditions of the majority of its founders demographically.
When comparing America with some European countries, the secular soul in the latter finds it less present than its American counterpart, which means that the religious presence at the level of public life is strong and significant, and to the extent that the general trend of American society sees themselves as Christian believers Protestant and Catolic, and that in itself is not problematic.

As for what is similar, it drags the Christian character into political life, which they see as part of the general traditions of society, and it follows that the assumption of this religious space that stands behind its protection is a broad stream of society, which will not allow to exclude his conviction of his feelings and impose on the political elites the reality of observing his religious traditions.
However, the major problem is the presence of religious exclusionary rhetoric and it is usually due to the American Christian right and includes its political parties, and it is usually directed towards Christian minorities, Muslims, Buddhist Asians, non-religious, homosexual, and many groups spread among the population.

It is noticeable that there is a large amount of the reality of social hatred exchanged between the population itself, not only that, but that its repercussions float on public life and cause visible damages, although many cases of declaring hatred and attacking groups and religions happen and pass without being subject to reality Deterrence and legal accountability.
In the midst of this scene, many of the particles of hate speech in public life are repeated without interruption, despite the existence of clear laws that prevent occurrences and practices of these abuses.
Likewise, those who practice hate, incitement, and transgressions against them, despite their ability to pursue the legal abnormal party, but many of these facts pass without stopping at them and ending with allowing their perpetrators to escape legal accountability.
In this regard, the American Jewish community is an exception, given its concern that hate speech against it and others will not pass, even if the second matter is subject to the political mood at times.

With regard to Somali American society, although it is subject to discrimination by some, similar to other Muslims, it finds sympathy and support by the general trend of American society and its institutions, but what is worthy of reference and has repercussions for it that some of the community’s young men and mosques have fallen into the predicament of extremism. Religious compared to the general American Muslim.
They formed the most prominent ethnic group in terms of its members being linked to terrorism, against the background of some of its youth being linked to extremist Islamic religious forces, and the factor of the Ethiopian invasion of Somalia in 2006 that matter, As a result, a number of young people participated in that conflict and moved from America to Somalia against this background.

Not only that, but that there were cases in contact with al-Qaeda and ISIS organizations, and the matter was aggravated by the feverish handling of the American media, which brought Somalis and Muslims a lot of booing, targeting and moral and material damage, as some of their institutions are attacked from time to time.

When standing before the political experience of Ilham Omar, the fierce hostility towards the Republican Party towards it is evident and shared by the American right in general, while the outcome of the sympathizers with it ranged between its democratic party after excluding its positions from the convictions of Ilham Omar towards Israel, the liberal forces and Muslim citizens, especially the sons of its Somali community.
However, the positions of the Republican American priest, IW Jackson, is not his own as much as the convictions of a broad stream of Americans, and that climate cannot be reduced to the radio statement in which he said: The Congress has become more like an Islamic republic "and went on to say more and affirmed his hatred of Muslims and their religion.

The man is not just a fanatic religious figure, he is a professional American politician who ran in the year 2013 for the position of Deputy Governor of Virginia and failed to do so because of his political and religious extremism, just as he referred to Deputy ilham Omar, it should not be issued by a political figure who represents a broad stream of American society, and a large political party with a broad presence and affirms his keenness on the secular option regardless of its religious roots and traditions.
In conclusion, the reality of secularism in American society is still making its way and has not reached its destination completely, which is the secularization of American political life by speech and practice, and it is necessary that this destination reach a safety option for the general population and their future in coexistence and homogeneity.
