Enough negotiations between who has none with who deserves none.
Both of you, and the entire world, know what is going on in Sudan is a real revolution, and is for claiming back Democracy.
That Revolution is armed with Civil Disobedience, whose price is Blood.
That Democratic practice had been masked with what aborted it in the current Constitution, which the Revolution’s Task is to abrogate before enforcing it.
Let the Professionals Association (PA) lead this faze as we have asked for now and again, and let the Forces of Declaration of Freedom and Change (FDFC) to step aside owing to what it carries with it of contradictions threatening the safety of this revolution
Let the P A to purge the Constitutional original body of additives, and to see to pruge the political parties that poisoned the FDFC with conflictions with truth, then legally registering them for the Balloting Exercise.
Here, then, the Transitional Military Council (TMC) will realise they do have no authority to negotiate sovereignty through that abluted Constitutional Document, other than to hand it over to the People, that being their Prescribed Constitutional task.
This Constitution had been proscribed after being illegally entrenched to annul the Civil Rights Provisions to institute Democracy, by introducing Islamic Sharia Laws as a Source of Legislation, which is in contradiction with which is Shura and Freedom ordained by God; and by entrenching its provisions of prohibition of aborting provisions of the Constitution by entrenching Succession Laws to abrogate any crime thereof in abortion of Democracy or the Transfer of such power forward to decriminalize the act.
Thus, none but the PA that is Entitled to deserve, and none of you two is has anything to give.
The FDFC, encasing such parties and entities that do not conflict with that Proscribed Constitution, that entrenched provisions of Freedoms necessary for Democracy, and thereby opening the gates for aggression and practice of Kleptocracy, and the Falsification the Sudanese Entity and Endangering its Independence, and the Revolution so repudiates the representation of any such parties like those in The Call of Sudan.
It repudiates at the same time the representation of all such parties that joined or participated in empowering the Past Regime that aborted Democracy, whether joined it in ruling or parted with it.
While the PA remains the only representative of the revolutions, it repudiates all parties that do not condemn that Constitution Proscribed against Democracy, and it sums all parties prior to being abluted to be fit for democratic practice.
The Persistence presenting before us is Stupidity and Deep Ignorance that would lead to unwarranted bloodshed, and would send you back in this World and the After Life debased, with the heaviest of what Man can carry.
God ordained His Ordinances be met, therein His True Ayas, and not out of the Hearsay heresy or guess work of research, void of any legal evidence prescribed in the Koran of two witness to pass every link in the narration or expressions chain, attributed to the Prophet PBUH.
Researches are welcome though, but if only perceived to be nonconcrete, indicative but not morally binding before legally approved.
Adding to that, there is a warning by God on the credibility of the companions of The Prophet PBUH, in Medina, where those Sharia Laws were attributed:
God warning Mohammed PBUH of some of his companions whom he did not know who (and of course we do not know):
[Among the Desert-Arabs around you there are some hypocrites, and among the inhabitants of Medina too. They have become adamant in hypocrisy. You do not know them, but We know them. We will punish them twice; then they will be returned to a severe torment] Al Toba, verse 101
So, how can we contend with a testimony of any of them and level it with God’s Ordinances؟
The persistence of the TMC would instigate the World’s contempt on Sudan, and there will follow a clear declaration of the roguery of Sudan riddled with terrorism, especially the Free World is considering a declaration of politicised Islam callers to be terrorists.
What the TMC called for of early elections, even though it overtly looks fair and while covertly mixing venom with honey of a collusion of a clash between parties at election of the proscription intended in the old constitution, which the people paid dear for it with their blood and children’s blood all along the repressive past regime’s rule, a clash with the same butchers who won’t hesitate to spill even more blood in their barbarity. But the TMC can better that by enacting a temporary bill of rights annexed to the constitution, so safely crossed with the entrusted to a fair election without having to account for it to cause a bloodshed.
Most of the parties in this country have corrupted their declared commitments under the entrenchment of the deformed religious guidelines connived to abort democracy via aggression by lengthy military rule, and the effort of fundamentalism that was enacted by the Salvation Military Junta in all conspiracies of brain wash and erasure of the Sudanese entity, the blocking of information and sanctioning the free press. This requires a thorough corrective surgery, conversant with all the necessary extermination of all the sources of corruption and kleptocracy, which should never be preceded with fresh elections, or commencement of an erection of the New Democratic State.
There is another religiously condemnable coded dangerous and corrupt practice, common all over the Muslim countries, even past the global Abolition of Slavery and Slave Trading era. Always, such a sin is administered by Muslims via codifications issued by their clergymen who transpose its bearings to inapt interpretations to distort its meaning. This had been exercised in whitewashing slabery.
God ordained that slavery not to be practised, but did not condemn existing ownership of slaves but ordained to use it to salvage your sins or add to your merits, all by setting a slave free. But of course to be able to take care of them you have to allow them to work to pay you back
For that and any arrests in war, God said “When you encounter those who disbelieve, strike at their necks. Then, when you have routed them, bind them firmly. Then, either release them by grace, or by ransom, until war lays down its burdens. Had God willed, He could have defeated them Himself, but He thus tests some of you by means of others. As for those who are killed in the way of God, He will not let their deeds go to waste.” Mohammed, verse 4
Where He advised captives could either be freed in good faith, or kept to claim back your own captives if there are any. If no immediate threat is envisaged, keeping captives maybe burdensome. So if freeing captive would give an encouragement to exploit the clemency of the Muslims, then keep them but allow them to work to earn and pay back their dues, but not allow selling them or bartering with them old debts or needs, nor exchange them for slaves from the other side, so that not to advocate for the slavery trade prohibited by God.
Muslims indulged in slavery, by captivity masked slavery, then sinfully absolving themselves by employing them for little money to put their lives in danger by fighting their wars, painting it to them as Jihad, which is false, as Jihad is what you engage in as perseverance for your own right. They are then tempted by giving them a free hand to hunt for spoils by luting, robbing, raping, abductions, etc. It then developed a full blasted trade priced and prized by spoils, according to grade of slaves on offer of their merits and evil for the trade of wars.
Jihad is prescribed by God in the verses “As for those who have not fought against you for your religion, nor expelled you from your homes, God does not prohibit you from dealing with them kindly and equitably. God loves the equitable* But God prohibits you from befriending those who fought against you over your religion, and expelled you from your homes, and aided in your expulsion. Whoever takes them for friends-these are the wrongdoers.” Al Mumtahina verses, 8, 9
So other than that is not a Jihad, and which the distorters of the religion named it Jahadiya, to blindfold the slaves with via their ignorance about Islam.
God also said on captives: “And they feed, for the love of Him, the poor, and the orphan, and the captive. We only feed you for the sake of God. We want from you neither compensation, nor gratitude”, Al Insan, verses 8,9
So it is a good deed if you feed them, no payback nor thankfulness. But if you cannot afford you can take a price for it provided you find decent work for the captive to pay you from.
That good gesture was badly administered by Muslims, particularly in Sudan, as most of those Muslims were migrant Mamlooks (empire slaves who had bought their way to freedom. Thy held a distorted vision of absolution of slavery in Islam. And because Sudan had been the hub od slavery because of its high grade of courageous well-built slaves, plus their loyalty and honesty, they hit high pricings. They were traded on since the ages of the Pharaonic Dynasties, and the trade flourished during Mohammed Ali Pasha’s mission in Sudan for men and gold, that Sudan became famous for the land of slaves. Till this day many insults were thrown to that meaning to intimidate the Sudanese, particularly from Arab individuals. To combat that degradation, the English, more so than the Sudanese, adamantly prompted to totally wipe it. General Gordon was sent to Sudan to combat the Slavery trade, which Al Mahdi condoned, followed too by his Klaliff Abdullah Al Taaishi. Gordon was killed and the infamous Kitchener was sent and he wreaked havoc in exercising war crimes that was condemned by Britain. Here is an excerpt of “From the history of Slavery in Sudan – a translation by Badr-el Din Hamid Al Hashimi, in the link below:

“Cromer, and under him British officials in Sudan, were not willing to compromise security and societal peace in the country. They were, of course, assuming slavery a puzzling and revolting social problem, and a reactionary retarded habit, but nevertheless, they considered it an essential institution for preserving the social fabric of a country that in 1899 needed a security and peace (colonially) rule with minimal cost. As a solution to the problem of slavery, they devised a practical solution to denounce slavery, and searching for steps to eradicate the roots of its trade, and at the same time acknowledging, but imposing, the continuation of domestic slavery, according to what came on page 231 of the British historian Dali's "An Empire on the Nile" 1986edition. Abolitionists of slavery in Britain and the Western world considered that trend an unwelcome recant, but no one in Sudan cared about that idealism. Dali wrote in his book on page 232. "Farmers, tribesmen, merchants, officials, and even the slavers themselves, in some cases, did not support a policy of no economic return, departing from the established customs since ancient times,". Queen Victoria expressed her concern about the "tolerance" shown by the Sudanese government towards slavery in the country. However, officials in Sudan did not allow those gentle royal passions to disrupt law and order in Sudan and threaten the people’s safety as well”
Now, the TMC mouth is set watering by the slaver Hamidti, and the pander General Taha Osman Hussein, who is spreading advocating for slavery in the Gulf States, who had their hands soiled in dealing with Al Bashi in that shameful trade; now comes he came to threaten with it the entity of Sudan and debase his country, who other Arabs followed suit to call its people slaves.
