The arrival of Riek Machar to Juba as announced in the news BBC on April26, 2016 and sworn in as first vice president in a new unity government that is led by President Salva Kirr ushers a new phase of ending the conflict and war between the two political factions of SPLM since it erupted two years ago of December 2013. The impact of the civil war is disastrous on all parties and peoples, not only on the South Sudan, but North Sudan too, in terms of creating tremendous displacement, influx of immigration and refugeesâ camps spread everywhere, let of course loss of dear lives and production, peace and tranquility. Statements declared by Machar , âthat we need to bring our people together so that they can unite and heal wounds âis a good prologue to go forward for repair, rehabilitation and construction toward final national settlement and reconciliation. Although South Sudan has split from Sudan since July 2011, but South Sudan and Sudan are reciportically impacts one on the other, either way objectively or negatively , and thus political mediated settlement in South Sudan helps tremendously in consolidating the urge for a transit/national government that represents peoples of Sudan on democratic lines as opposed to the prevailing utilitarian populist theocratic regime , that in the first place is the sole responsible for igniting splitting theocratic trends and hostile to the state nation building on the democratic norms and politics. Tremendously and heavy legacy awaits for rehabilitating the societal relationship between the peoples and ethnic groups and factions on the lines of creating a coherent consolidated democratic basis, the genesis for the setting up of ANATION.
